Not encourage to reduce oil for this recipe, but if you insist to reduce it the most you can try is 10g or less otherwise the dough won't combine well & it will result the cookies become harden as well. Thanks, wish you happy CNY.

yes you can add certain volume of corn flour to replace cake flour..but the volume shouldn't be too much until the dough becomes too wet, because corn flour is without gluten, which liquid absorption is lesser than the cake flour. Thanks

I have tried baking these 😀 I personally find the sweetness just nice but if you prefer not sweet then you can further reduce the sugar 😄
