Ghetto tuna ..... lol Dennis. I used to give a guy that I worked with a hard time because he would eat a can of that very same brand for lunch every day ... and his name was, believe it or not, .... Rick ! I called it "trash" tuna and eventually brought in a couple of cans of solid white packed in water for him. He gobbled it up but still went back to the lesser stuff. I kinda feel bad looking back because I know at the time he was financially strapped raising three kids and money was tight. I hope the boss will overlook that indiscretion when I go stand for judgement ... 😇 Oh, great job on the tuna casserole Rick. That HotLogic is freaking awesome. I use mine quite a bit !
A cup of that pasta has 400-500 mg of sodium and approx 30 carbs alone without the sodium in the tuna plus the scoops are way more than 1 cup, so you at least have to double and half those amounts in just one meal (if you don't take seconds). That is just way over the healthy amounts per meal and even a day allowed to avoid high blood pressure and diabetes. Don't each processed and packaged foods. Hotlogic makes healthy foods too.
