best photography tutorial on youtube, the rest of the youtubers are always concerned about their promotions and are not straight to the point.. but here you learn step by step, thank you so much jiggie, i follow you on every social media..
Jiggy for the Win Always!! Thank you for making these incredibly informative videos!! You are inspiring so many people to learn, to try and to be better!!
I've watched many photography videos and this is my first of yours. Here is where yours excels IMHO... • Well organized and planned presentation that first tells what you will do, then tells how you are doing it, at the conclusion clearly summarizes what we just saw. • Good camera/lens/flash settings descriptions, setup dimensions, and the "why" for all of them. • Absolutely love the continuous video screen split of 2/3 for the entire scene (you, camera, lighting, and subject) and 1/3 for your camera LCD image/settings! So much better than having a videographer wandering around out of sight trying to figure out where to point the video camera. • Extremely good delivery, volume, speech- without hysteria and fake enthusiasm. Just good, solid how-to and tips. Thank you for sharing this first-rate video. ⭐x5
You have such a wonderful way about teaching..precise and calm.. thank you and your wife is absolutely stunning. such a natural beauty. I am so happy I found your channel..
This was an awesome demo. I like you show your results. Your subject was very professional and easy to work with. A subject that knows their craft is so much better to work with.
Hi Sir, very nice and inspiring videos. i would like to ask how to set focusing point automatically focusing on eye. i observe your camera always focus eye automatically. can you teach me please. thanx
Thanks Jiggie for your wonderful tutorial. As always, I enjoy your teaching style very much. One thing I found puzzling is when you opened your aperture by 4 stops (from f/5.6 to f/1.4) and used an ND32 neutral density filter to darken by 5 stops, I was expecting a 1 stop underexposure (4-5 = -1 stop). Instead, you had an overexposure and you need to reduce your flash power by half a stop (9.5 to 9.0) to make it work. Can you explain? My guess is perhaps you used an ND8 filter instead.
Does the quality of a flash impact its ability to do HSS? I have a Godox V860iiC, AD200’s, and an AD600. I haven’t noticed any degradation…yet. Using an ND was a great tip. Thanks.
I don't think so. I have same combination of strobes & speedlight. In this particular video, the shutter speed is way too much. That's the reason the picture was underexposed.
Thank you! I was looking for something like this and you nailed it. Can you please share the ND filter you used so I can have the same amazing results?
Very nice sir my studio also small Sir my one question plz tell me when I shoo hight kee photo subject dress is over when dress perfect subject under how to control light
If you were shooting with an 85MM prime lens on an APS sensor, how far should the subject be from the camera in other to have a full-body shoot without any area of the body being out of focus?
Excellent fullbody portraits there. I shoot with Godox AD200 and I observe that the photos have a very pure white shade. The colour temperature of the flash is 5600K and even after keeping the same temperature in the camera while shooting, the output is very white. How are you managing to get a warm output because I think your flash temperature is also around 5600K?
question lang po. when you tried F1.4 and HSS enabled, why did you jump to 1/2000 for the SS instead of going something slower like 1/640? iniisip ko lang po if the shot at F1.4 would be possible without ND filter. thank you :)
Shooting full body portraits camera location should be approximate models waist to prevent distortion. Focus is still on the face or better yet the eye
How does the camera man take his own photos. Without help. Taking photos require 2 persons. If I am the camera man and want to make my own photos. How do I go about doing it.
Hi brother...I am from India...i love your videos....i enjoyed it....i am big fan of yours.... I need help...i am photographer...but i can't afford full frame body...i need sony A7III....i can't start my business.....can you help me out... it's my pleasure.... thank you
Instead of putting on an nd filter, why couldn't you lower the power of the flash? Learning so much from your channel right now as I'm just starting out on flash and your videos have been highly informative
Ok am I the only one here that get annoying by him calling her babe? Every 10 seconds. I know that is his wife but every second. Be side that great tutorial. Like always.

Excellent Video...Very helpful.
Glad it was
Keep in mind you can only do this with a full frame. If you're on crop you may have to lay on the floor or use 24mm or wider.
Muy bueno Alejandrino. 🙏 thank you.

Then you need to either replace the dress to a darker shade or add more light
How were you able to see what your camera is seeing when its so dark?
Sir jiggy 2 light setup please or 3 light setup or editing frequency separation dodge and burn please
Maybe one of these days. But do check out the rest of the videos in the channel
@@JiggieAlejandrino I already did 😁 and I did learn a lot thank you for sharing your knowledge

How to turn on Sony A7r4 high-speed sync?

Great job!! How many stops is the nd filter? I didnt get it in my poor English😅
8 stops

Hey Jiggy! What is on the ground? PVC?
BTW I guess you need more room, that backdrop is too cloose to your model... to see some background wash...
You used a 50mm and you were 10 feet away from the subject?
Excellent fullbody portraits there. I shoot with Godox AD200 and I observe that the photos have a very pure white shade. Flash units from different brands tend to give different color temperatures. One of the reasons why some are more expensive than others
Hello Sir Jiggy, would like to ask nadin po sana yung brand nung backdrop stand :)
I have the issue where the feet still end up dark. Is there a way to fix that before post editing?
Hi Jiggie, how are you?. Do you think you can obtain a full body picture using just one normal Speedlite? (And the Same modifier)
Yes definitely, I would have used my Speedlight but I just wanted to exercise the profoto :) lol
Doesn't 1.4 blurr out parts of her face/body etcetera?
depends on how far the subject is from the camera
@@JiggieAlejandrino the depth of field between her eyes and the tip of her nose depends on how far the subject is from the camera? 🤔 Interesting

Should we shoot full body portraits at eye level or waist level? Which is better in your experience?
Subjects waist level
@@JiggieAlejandrino thank you 👍
pwede ba sa a6000 ?
Instead of the ND filter, why not turn down the flash power and go to f 1.4?
Because that would bring in the ambient light since I was using pretty strong video lights
@@JiggieAlejandrino You are right I didn't think of that. Thanks

Because I needed to remove ambient light
Why is the camera so low, where do focus being that low?
Shooting full body portraits camera location should be approximate models waist to prevent distortion. Focus is still on the face or better yet the eye
