How To Turn Off Galaxy A50 With Unresponsive Touchscreen Have you ever encountered an issue wherein you cannot turn off Galaxy A50, or any smartphone, because the screen just won’t respond? As you know, you need a combination of the power key and touchscreen to turn off the device. If such an issue occurs, you may be able to display the power options by pressing and holding the power key but you will be stuck there.
जब आपका फोन हैंग हो गया अचानक से रुक जाए और आप चाह कर भी अपने स्मार्टफोन को ना ही बंद कर सकते हैं ना ही आपका डिस्प्ले क्लिक करने पर रिस्पांस देता है तब आपको सबसे पहले power off bottom,वीडियो में जैसा दिखाया हुआ है उसी अनुसार को तब तक दबाए रखना है.जब तक के की आपका स्मार्टफोन वाइब्रेट ना करें दरसल पावर ऑफ बटन दबाने से आपका मोबाइल हैंग हो गया है और उसका डिस्प्ले के काम नहीं कर रहा है और पावर ऑफ भी नहीं हो रहा है यानी कि आपके स्मार्टफोन को हार्ड रिबूट करने की आवश्यकता है इसके लिए सबसे पहले पावर बटन को लंबे समय तक दबाए रखें तो पावर ऑफ बटन को लंबे समय तक प्रेस करने से आपका फोन रिबूट हो जाता है हार्ड रिबूट होने में आपके स्मार्टफोन को लगभग 4 से 5 मिनट लग सकते हैं एक बार हार्ड रिबूट कर देने पर मोबाइल को एक जगह रख दे.
और लगभग में 4 से 5 मिनट में आपका मोबाइल रिपोर्ट होकर आपके सामने पहले जैसा होगा जिससे कि फोन की हैंग होने वाले किसी भी प्रकार के समस्या हो तो वह खत्म हो जाता है लेकिन हां ऐसा प्रॉब्लम तभी होता है जब आपके स्मार्टफोन में बहुत सारे ऐप फालतू के इंस्टॉल हो जागते या फिर आपके फोन के स्टोरेज में जगह ना हो तो कम से कम अपने स्मार्टफोन का स्टोरेज को भी थोड़ा खाली रखें आशा है यह जवाब आपके लिए फायदेमंद होगा
