totally passed on these when i saw the email...being tummy abundant thst pleat was the scariest thing ever lol...i'm so glad i saw this...absolutely sold!
Love the look of the pattern. Can’t wait to try it but can you talk about your striped shirt please?! I love it. Off the shoulder, so speak and cute. Need that pattern too. Ox
Great video! I can't wait for the next videos about fabric and construction. One question: the design is made for what height? I mean, what's your standard height? I'm petite and I need alterations in this area. Thanks!
This is such a lovely pattern, absolutely gorgeous! Do you think it would be possible to make it for a man also, or are there any adjustments that would need to be made/do you think it wouldn't work?
IN LOVE WITH THESE My Pietra fit perfect without alterations, I found that the half elastic really accommodated my swayback. I'm confident that the crotch seam will carry over to the Mitchell, but do you think that I will need a swayback adjustment on the back of these? Or should the back dart cover it?
Love these pants! I especially like the little belts on each sides. It's simple and yet it adds originality. I was wondering if there would be a tutorial on how to make it sit on the hips? I have a non-binary friend I would like to sew for, but all the patterns are sitting at the waist which is something they want to avoid. Keep it up with your great work!
It's so helpful to hear the story of the development and features of the design. I'm curious to see them on different bodies! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for your support!
This was a great idea to share some background into the making of the pattern and options! I love Pietra and think this will be my new favorite pant!!

It's our Nettie bodysuit and dress pattern!
Looking forward to making these beauties. They look timeless and good for several pieces of my stash. And maybe a new one from Core Fabrics (ssshhh)
I am so excited to make these!
Wow, nice trouser, I just ordered it!
Thank you! Would love to see pictures when you make them 😊
Love them, eagerly awaiting my paper pattern in the UK ❤
Looks a lovely pattern. Would it emphasise a rounded tummy?
Love these! Could they be made in a stretch denim, say 2% stretch?
They definitely could be made in a 2% stretch denim!
Great design! Thank you

Every body is different, and while the block we use for Mitchell is the same as for Pietra, you will need to make a muslin to answer this question.
