Kind and respectful are key words. Everyone lives the life they choose and should be respected. But, saying negative and hurtful words can do so much damage.
I'm not a subscriber but was scrolling and became curious about your quandary. It appears to me that God has given you a husband with wisdom. My advice to you is to listen to your husband and just block people who bring negativity to your channel. God bless.

If it does not impact you and your family them I believe we should just sit back and enjoy the kindness given to us by welcoming us to a glimpse into their life. Their life and family and how they live does not truly impact me personally. I watch what they do and take away from them and implement what will work or don’t if It won’t but I don’t have a right to be rude or even to feel like I should feel inclined to try to get them to change the way they do things. I can nicely share what works for me in a better way but that’s for them to decide if it will work for them or not. However, I don’t know that we should openly negate or share we don’t care for the way they do things. Especially, if there is no good that will come out of it.

I have a difficult time losing weight. No matter how much I watch my diet, I still have trouble with my weight. When I was growing up, the doctors wanted me to gain weight, now I am the opposite. With many chronic conditions, I am just happy and thankful to be alive.
I just found your channel and I love it! Your kids are so special. I can't help but smile when I watch them. I don't know what this person said for sure, but this I do know: they were cruel, mean and hurtful. They were deliberately trying to hurt you and your kids, and just as if someone tried to physically harm your family, you would stop them from doing it, you can do the same by blocking this person. And don't feel bad about it. Protect those you love. Too many of us love you guys and it hurts to see you hurt. God bless you and that sweet family!
Janice , you are a wise and Godly woman. I did not think in your last video on the subject of rude critics that you were reproving but rather teaching better behavior and setting healthy boundaries. There are people who literally have never been home trained in good behaviors. Thank you so much for your honest work to do right and do right by people and take good care of your family. I spent 30 plus years as a social worker. It was my experience that the self righteous judgemental critical folks have their own problems and agendas. You can reason with them to no avail. You can talk until you are blue in the face. They have their own personality and agenda and actually get negative attention they crave by hurting others and looking down on others. I don’t get a chance to watch as often as I’d like. Healthy boundaries are important, especially in this day and age. Block and delete, and don’t feel badly about it. Don’t let it waste your energy. I’ve been a widow over a decade and let me say, it’s a hard hard world when you are alone (especially this day and age). I’ve had to learn some new ways of surviving this world, and I’m not happy about sone of them. I just only have so much energy and time and situations / people can suck the life out of you (especially if you try to be a good person and make everybody happy). I can’t make everyone happy anymore. I try, but then I move on. Im rambling… just know you shouldn’t feel bad about anything. You don’t have to share your lives. You choose to and we get so much from your family. For me, it’s like going back in time and remembering how good life was growing up on a farm, cooking and all the things y’all do. It’s that 1% that I guess comes with growth of a channel. I hope you find peace about this situation and going forward, find it easy to handle it and move on. I don’t know how you do all you do! So don’t let them take one moment of your energy. That was long winded, but sometimes it’s hard to get across what I want to say by typing. Plus, I don’t get to watch all your videos and keep up. I try to go back, and do, but I’m always behind. 🥰

I've caught a few of your videos before but this one popped up on my suggested feed and I watched it. You seem like such a sweet lady and that you take all the comments to heart unfortunately. Not all the comments need to be taken to heart. There are so many good comments that I've seen on your video ❤️👍. I've even experienced on our own channel that every once in awhile we'll get not just a negative comment but just a nasty comment, my experience is that I leave them up. I've had faithful viewers who have also seen the comments and they tell that person something along the lines of "Hey, this comment is so not necessary." I've never deleted comments unless it seems like some sort of scammy click link thing in some sort of foreign language. I've just noticed that my faithful viewers rally around us and let that nasty commenter know when their comment is wrong or unwarranted. Based off of the comments I've heard you read and the ones I've seen, yall have a good community and lots of support from your youtube community. ❤ - Renee
I think blocking and moving on is the best key. Your time is precious and the energy of your Channel and your children deserve better. You set the standard of behavior and others will follow once you set up the expectations there will be no questions and those who love you and the channel and are here for the right reason will get it. I love your family and what you put out there. I do not have to agree with you but I have to show respect and kindness. Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you It simple set your expectations and those who are here for the right reasons will follow them. I appreciate you and will honor those guidelines.

You can only be responsible for what you say, not what other's say. You are good, kind and caring people with a loving family. I am 52 and from Sweden. I watch your videos with joy and it makes me happy. I have no children or a spouce. I have always wanted to live on the countryside with animals and a large family. I was born june 11 :) Well for different reasons that never happended. I am okej with that today. And I am happy in the situation I am in. But it brings me joy to watch your family and your happenings. I liked the unboixng videos because of the childrens joy and I respect and understand the reason for you to stop with them. It must be a real hassel. I like all the other videos to like the hatching videos and cooking videos, gardening videos and all other videos :D Your children is very well behaived and so sweet and kind and so are you as people and parents. Unfortunately there is a mean people in the world and will always be. And I think blocking the one´s that are the worst is a good thing. The real mean one´s cant be changed. If it is a little bit rude comment then maybe that can change by letting tihe person know that. But mostly the mean one´s are just mean. And it is hard to accept sometimes but the reality is like that. I focus on the good and the kind and sweet people and ignore the mean one´s as best as I can,. But it is hard. I am not a religious person but I beleive in being good to others. I want to be the best I can be so when the day comes I can be happy with the work I put in to be a better person. And that it is constant work. I watch another channel to and the people are som mean to the mother about everything. There is channels dedicated just to be mean to her. And they spread all kind of nastyness. They make money on that. I think that is why there is channels just dedicated to be mean to other creators. My son and his wife adopted a lil girl when she was 13yo. The first time we met her was when she came to our Thanksgiving dinner with them. I am not exaggerating when I say within 15 min of her being here it felt like she had been in our family since birth! At any rate, I became quite close to her as she grew up and one day I asked her, "Do you think most people are good or bad?" She immediately responded "bad" and I was at a loss for words for once. Lol I imagine you know which way each of your children would answer, but out of curiosity you might ask them. I think they would all say "good" due to their upbringing. She was brought up around drug addicts and thieves. I vote for block and delete rude people. If they're in a gray area for you, warn them that if they continue, you will have to block them. I don't vote for "let Shawn handle it". Yes, Shawn would be great at it, but I think you need to learn to protect your soul from negativity and darkness. Your family has truly been a blessing to me. It’s a new day. I had a thought this morning. I think yours is the only channel I have seen that considers followers as extended family. Most present what they present…period. I am wondering if your nurturing welcoming very loving relationship with us is what leads so many to “ offer their input”? It’s like you have an extended family of thousands? With all of us grandmas, aunts,cousins offering our family two cents on every little thing? And talking to you like many do in families- both good and not so god. I just found your channel and I love it! Your kids are so special. I can't help but smile when I watch them. I don't know what this person said for sure, but this I do know: they were cruel, mean and hurtful. They were deliberately trying to hurt you and your kids, and just as if someone tried to physically harm your family, you would stop them from doing it, you can do the same by blocking this person. And don't feel bad about it. Protect those you love. Too many of us love you guys and it hurts to see you hurt. God bless you and that sweet family!

Janice , you are a wise and Godly woman. I did not think in your last video on the subject of rude critics that you were reproving but rather teaching better behavior and setting healthy boundaries. There are people who literally have never been home trained in good behaviors. Thank you so much for your honest work to do right and do right by people and take good care of your family. I spent 30 plus years as a social worker. It was my experience that the self righteous judgemental critical folks have their own problems and agendas. You can reason with them to no avail. You can talk until you are blue in the face. They have their own personality and agenda and actually get negative attention they crave by hurting others and looking down on others. I agree with Shawn. Block them. Life is to short. God bless!!!!

I believe that the negativity in this world is getting worse as time goes on. People seem to think that they can hide behind a screen and say anything they want regardless that their words can be hurtful. It's a shame that people act like that when they could choose to be positive.

I don’t get a chance to watch as often as I’d like. Healthy boundaries are important, especially in this day and age. Block and delete, and don’t feel badly about it. Don’t let it waste your energy. I’ve been a widow over a decade and let me say, it’s a hard hard world when you are alone (especially this day and age). I’ve had to learn some new ways of surviving this world, and I’m not happy about sone of them. I just only have so much energy and time and situations / people can suck the life out of you (especially if you try to be a good person and make everybody happy). I can’t make everyone happy anymore. I try, but then I move on. Im rambling… just know you shouldn’t feel bad about anything. You don’t have to share your lives. You choose to and we get so much from your family. For me, it’s like going back in time and remembering how good life was growing up on a farm, cooking and all the things y’all do. It’s that 1% that I guess comes with growth of a channel. I hope you find peace about this situation and going forward, find it easy to handle it and move on. I don’t know how you do all you do! So don’t let them take one moment of your energy. That was long winded, but sometimes it’s hard to get across what I want to say by typing. Plus, I don’t get to watch all your videos and keep up. I try to go back, and do, but I’m always behind. 🥰

I’ve been thinking about you and the family, and saying a prayer that your heart would feel better. We’ve all experienced unfair and hurtful criticism. I’m glad you are learning how to set it aside. Because SO many people, in so many places, are lifted up by your channel! So many have learned about things that help them! I've caught a few of your videos before but this one popped up on my suggested feed and I watched it. You seem like such a sweet lady and that you take all the comments to heart unfortunately. Not all the comments need to be taken to heart. There are so many good comments that I've seen on your video ❤️👍. I've even experienced on our own channel that every once in awhile we'll get not just a negative comment but just a nasty comment, my experience is that I leave them up. I've had faithful viewers who have also seen the comments and they tell that person something along the lines of "Hey, this comment is so not necessary." I've never deleted comments unless it seems like some sort of scammy click link thing in some sort of foreign language. I've just noticed that my faithful viewers rally around us and let that nasty commenter know when their comment is wrong or unwarranted. Based off of the comments I've heard you read and the ones I've seen, yall have a good community and lots of support from your youtube community. ❤ - Renee

You can only be responsible for what you say, not what other's say. You are good, kind and caring people with a loving family. I would try to carry on being kind and caring even in the face of adversity. You are good people and this shouldn't put you off sharing your beautiful family. It's like the classroom bully, ignore them and they go away or block them it's a new day the button is there so press it. Don't let others make you feel so sad, you are good good people anyone with half a brain can see that. You have to wonder what is going on in their lives to make such comments. Ok I am late to the party, but I will pass along to you something I was told Bout bullies, pull up your big girl pansies and deal with them! So as soon as you begin to read a rude message immediately block them!!! Don't attempt to deal with them, that is what they want. That is how they get their thrills! always remember you are better than this.
I’m 75, I remember celebrating my golden birthday when I turned 13 way back when. Sorry you are being bullied. Glad you are starting the wish again. I loved the unboxed. The kids got so much joy from the gifts,and I got joy watching.
I am 52 and from Sweden. I watch your videos with joy and it makes me happy. I have no children or a spouce. I have always wanted to live on the countryside with animals and a large family. I was born june 11 :) Well for different reasons that never happended. I am okej with that today. And I am happy in the situation I am in. But it brings me joy to watch your family and your happenings. I liked the unboixng videos because of the childrens joy and I respect and understand the reason for you to stop with them. It must be a real hassel. I like all the other videos to like the hatching videos and cooking videos, gardening videos and all other videos :D Your children is very well behaived and so sweet and kind and so are you as people and parents. Unfortunately there is a mean people in the world and will always be. And I think blocking the one´s that are the worst is a good thing. The real mean one´s cant be changed. If it is a little bit rude comment then maybe that can change by letting tihe person know that. But mostly the mean one´s are just mean. And it is hard to accept sometimes but the reality is like that. I focus on the good and the kind and sweet people and ignore the mean one´s as best as I can,. But it is hard. I am not a religious person but I beleive in being good to others. I want to be the best I can be so when the day comes I can be happy with the work I put in to be a better person. And that it is constant work. I watch another channel to and the people are som mean to the mother about everything. There is channels dedicated just to be mean to her. And they spread all kind of nastyness. They make money on that. I think that is why there is channels just dedicated to be mean to other creators. My son and his wife adopted a lil girl when she was 13yo. The first time we met her was when she came to our Thanksgiving dinner with them. I am not exaggerating when I say within 15 min of her being here it felt like she had been in our family since birth! At any rate, I became quite close to her as she grew up and one day I asked her, "Do you think most people are good or bad?" She immediately responded "bad" and I was at a loss for words for once. Lol I imagine you know which way each of your children would answer, but out of curiosity you might ask them. I think they would all say "good" due to their upbringing. She was brought up around drug addicts and thieves. I vote for block and delete rude people. If they're in a gray area for you, warn them that if they continue, you will have to block them. I don't vote for "let Shawn handle it". Yes, Shawn would be great at it, but I think you need to learn to protect your soul from negativity and darkness. Your family has truly been a blessing to me. I appreciate getting to come here and be exposed to light and positivity. Cheri
