Flag Drillz w/ TRU Skillz - Snaps & Hand-offs

In this video, Coach Chris TRU goes over the basic beginnings of all flag football plays, snapping and handing off. While this is a critical part of learning for the youngest of players, it's also important for older athletes to continue to hone their skills and abilities using this same type of setup. The interworkings of these plays may seem simple, but a simple mistake can lead to a loss of yards.
The quarterback will need to know how to properly take a snap, and then properly give a hand-off to a running back or receiver. The runner must be able to take that hand-off cleanly. And an often overlooked position, the center, is the only player who is guaranteed to touch the ball on every single play of a game. Your team will sink or swim based on how well these simple steps are executed.
Make sure you have practice time dedicated to working on these basic skills so that when it comes time to play a game, they won't be the thing that keeps your team from success.
