[LG G6] Booting into Fastboot Mode Bootloader Mode

I currently own an LG G6 G600L, and seeing as there is not going to be an OTA Pie update for the phone, I thought I'd go ahead and get a ROM instead. There's just one problem, and that is that I can't even get into the bootloader to unlock it.
Here's what I've tried:
1. Using ADB commands, adb reboot bootloader, adb reboot-bootloader, fastboot boot bootloader
The phone was recognized in adb devices, however, after entering these commands, the phone just booted normally back into android, like a normal restart.

thanks i looked this one from G5 everytime after android update i cleared cache because the ram was full and cpu was 60 degrees now i have G6 today
how to delet the cache i have a problem now
ah adb reboot recovey i forgot sorry
its show me the android symbol and no command but i cant get in and delete cache
Sir i done the same method but its not working
This is only available on European Models. The bootloader is stripped from US models.
I did this on my T-Mobile LG G6. So not all US models

My LG G6 H871 (the ATT version) doesn't do this! It just reboots the phone, how do I get it working?
it sounds like the filesystem is corrupt (which is why it fails to boot into android and just reboots). have you tried performing a factory data reset to fix it?
@@ExplainingAndroid I have fscotey resettled the phone, apparently I heard the att versions of the phones do not have the bootloader on the device at all.
Power off device, Press volume up and connect micro usb cable to phone connected with laptop

I need help.
Fastboot mode is activated on my phone by accident, i took out the battery and it just keeps looping, i tried everything and i can't get out of Fastboot mode, please help!!!
This sounds like something is wrong with the Android software that is causing the bootloop. If I were you, I would boot the LG G6 into Recovery Mode and then do a factory reset - www.androidexplained.com/lg-g6-recovery-mode/

Crap doesn't work on LG K10 (2017)
All Android phones should have a Fastboot/Bootloader/Download mode. I can't test this personally, but if you care to donate via www.AndroidExplained.com/support/ then that will help me afford these less popular devices so that I can help more people
@@ExplainingAndroid LG has disabled this mode for all European models and T-Mobile US models, so unless you nuke your LG phone, you can't root it properly
sad to year. yet another stupid decision made by the company. no wonder their mobile division lost 700million dollars last year
I just turned on my phone and it is in fast boot mode and I have no clue why
This usually happens when you are also pressing a volume button while the phone boots up. (a case can even inadvertently cause this to happen).
