I truly enjoyed this video. I understand the weather situation that now dictates what we wear! I am on the East Coast, talking about crazy weather. 30 dys of rain, 60's-70's during the day and 30's at night since March. It's going to be in the high 70's and 80's next week for May, I don't know how long that's going to last, but I am taking advantage of it. You used to be able to know when the 4 seasons were coming, now we only have 2, cold and hot! 🤣❤

I waited too long to purchase the blue eyelet blouse/shirt from H&M, and now it's sold out. For you other ladies who missed the boat, there is something quite comparable at Shein. Normally, i would never buy clothes from Shein for many reasons, but i decided to take a chance on this blouse. I was pleasantly surprised. It is long sleeved with side arm buttons so you can back the sleeves. It has a V type neckline, with a kind of small Nehru collar. I guess I am dated myself with that collar description. I was convinced the blouse was made of cotton, but I just checked and it says polyester . It's unlike any polyester I have ever seen. Looks and feels just like cotton. Inexpensive too. i typed baby blue eyelet blouse into the search bar on the Shein website and found it.

I have some new ones that are wash cold Delicate cycle and air dry.
Do I need to lay the tops /sweaters on a drying rack I would think hanging wet would stretch out the fabric

It’s a game changer. I don’t dread working out anymore, strength or cardio. It’s become a must do, like getting out of bed or brushing my teeth.

It's from J Crew Factory, last summer. It sold out but I will be keeping an eye out for it to see if they do it again. It dropped around 4th of July last year and if I see it, I'll be sure to let you know - it was a really popular one. 😉

Still trying to get a grip on that. I have good days and I have not so good days, lol. I figured I'd acclimate to the working out, then tackle my nutrition this week. I have been intermittent fasting during this time, though. 😉
