- My 2023 bookkeeping goals & review of goals I didn't reach this year. I set bookkeeping business goals each year, and this year I re-prioritized mid-year and didn't finish some of my goals. I wanted to build my practice within the law firm niche and also create a bookkeeper marketing course. I'll plan to keep those goals next year, but break them down in to smaller steps--hopefully that will make me more successful!

Thank you for continuing to be open and honest. when you said "for some reason it's not as fun to me at the moment" i felt that. Im looking for bookkeeping to be something that comes natural with "fun" challenges and if it brings more stress and headaches, somethings got to change.

Thank you for sharing this video. My goal is to obtain more clients in 2023. So far, I have had placed in the 2023 edition of the Minority Business Directory, detailing my Bookkeeping and Accounting business. Hopefully, if anyone, who has a small or minority business, notice my ad, I would get more clients for this year. This is my goal. I hope your goals will work out for you in your business as well. Let us hope and pray our business will go well for this year, 2023; and hopefully, you will get more clients for your business, just like it is my goal, likewise, for my business. I recently starting a QuickBook course from Alison so is it accept in worldwide and also it's better certificate for job

I have a question. To strat working as a freelancer in QuickBooks do we have to be expert in year end adjustments or we should be able just to input data , classify and then reconcile it.

@@FinePointsBookkeeping Looking for your guidance : What about bad&doubtful debts , depreciation , inventory and leases ? If I polish myself just for categorization and bank reconciliation then is that enough for me to get bookkeeping work online?
Are there any skills other than bookkeeping required to work in the US? i am japanese and i live in japan

Hi Lekesha! Morgan suggests asking your current client if they have any law firms they could recommend you reach out to or maybe they could mention you to their attorney friends.
