3D-Printed Rocket Motor Static Fire 4-14-23

This is a nighttime static fire of one of my Mark 18-type 3D-printed rocket motors. The motor was secured to a test stand and remained stationary for the duration of the test. The fuel was powdered white sugar and the oxidizer was potassium nitrate. The burn lasted for approximately 3.8 seconds.

I've been looking to start making my own motors for my little rockets because I'm a cheap ass, I just think buying the chemicals will get me on a list and I would automatically void my NAR insurance.
