    this will help i just wish it wasnt so many steps to do but as long as i have your video i will be able to get it done thanks so much also do u think mpcx has to be run thru a big mixer to be mastered can u just mix it down from mpc itself??

    • @whennatecreate
      @whennatecreate  ปีที่แล้ว

      Well… the MPC X come with some mix tools. I think it all depends on what you are going for and how well you can make those internal mix tools sound. I do basic mixes inside the MPC X SE all the time, but if I wanna go commercial I’ll go there big boy route 🎯

    Can you make a video on how to setup audio with a interface like Apollo twin cuz I hear sound coming out my monitors for the software but I don't hear sound every time I hit the controller

    Great video. I'm learning my MPC X SE. When I switch the expansion pack for more sounds, my beat plays on the newly selected expansion. How do I stop this from happening so I can add sounds from different expansions?

      Thanks💯
      Do you mean a demo plays automatically when selecting expansions?
      If so check out my video “Akai MPC KEY 37 🎹 for DUMMIES!! How to start a beat.” Somewhere around 2:00 min.
      Hope it help solve your issue🎯

      @@whennatecreate First, Thank you for responding. I am so busy working and fixing cars. I rarely have time to learn my MPC. I load up sounds or expansions. I press play then record when I want to start. So now I have some of my beat but when I switch to another expansion or instrument, what I made so far will play in that new instrument or expansion that I am trying to add to my beat. So if I change to Piano, what I made so far will play in only piano instead of Pad Thai 3.

      @whennatecreate  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m still not sure why that happens. But after you record your first track, are you selecting a new track to record another part?

    • @CEEPMDEE
      @CEEPMDEE 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@whennatecreatemmm No. I press stop. then I load up new sound or expansion. Then when I press play to practice what or where I want to add the new sound, what I am expecting to play in Pad Thai 3, plays in all piano (for example)

      If you haven’t already, check out my video “Akai MPC KEY 37 for DUMMIES!!”
      You can only use one program per track 🎯

    I have an MPC X . I’m trying to figure out what the sample rate (kHz) for the 24 bit depth. I’ve googled that it’s 44.1 kHz in standalone, but I would feel a lot more comfortable if I could view that within the MPC to confirm that that’s true. I’ve only found a window where I can change from 16 bit to 24 bit, and no kHz information is displayed. In controller mode, you’re supposed to have multiple options for the kHz settings. I can only (my preference) record audio in standalone. So I need to make sure the kHz setting for my guitar is correctly matched to the mpcx. Basically, I’m just trying to figure out how I can get into the MPC X, and see those options for myself before recording. Where can I see it displayed? I’m really only looking for confirmation that I’m doing it correctly. Any info is appreciated!

      @whennatecreate  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s interesting because I don’t remember seeing anything like that either. I wanna say when using the software you should be able to see and change those settings but not sure in standalone which should be available to us‼️

    Can anyone help me out with a question I have before I pull the trigger on the MPC X: I have a two hardware synths and a Moog Spectravox that I wish to connect at the same time to the MPC, but how is this possible via the rear panel? Can you connect two stereo signals and one mono all at the same time?

    • @whennatecreate
      @whennatecreate  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Have you thought about a class compliant mixer? I believe it only allow two inputs on the MPC X
