I dont know why people do not get that nepotism in the boardroom is different than using it in sports. Being an athlete and being the best in your sport should and will always be merit based. Jeannie Buss can have a position but she's not acting alone. She has a whole company behind/beneath her to hopefully cover up her deficiencies. In sport, either you have the skills or not, can you perform at the highest level or not. There's pride in beating everyone else and be the top person in sports. If were just handing out positions then its unfair for all the other athletes that have spent their whole life perfecting their craft. I wish people can see the difference.
