In Todays banking updates we will discuss on banker protection act & bankers safety as there are many videos surfaced on internet where customers were seen misbehaving with PSU Bank Employees.

Very nice video... Cross selling pressure must be eliminated, recruitment of adequate staff is very important, humiliation of staff by higher authorities of the Bank itself and restricted working hour (RBI can only put a check in this matter) may solve the problems ti a great extent. Moreover, Bankers are not providing at least one Armed guard in small branches to save expenses and forcing its staff to work in unsafe conditions.

Apart from the topics covered by you there are few othet things are also prevailing.
1-in some govt banks manage ment is explorong daily new compaigns for the branches apat from the core banking works.
2-ond side FM is emphSizing on core banking other side top management is presserising branches for insurance,atal pension yojna etc which are basic works of the insurance companies not the bankets.
3-Reigonal heads and zonal heads are compelling branches to sit in branches till 8.30 pm. Which is diminizhing the prpductovity of the employees.
4- Uniform SOP may please be intrldiced for all public sector banks.however currently there are indivixulal policies in govt Banks.
5-CMD of the banks must be an IAS not from banks employees.
Pl take thease issues also.
BJP Government is so cleverly taking action against banks,which will lead to downfall of banks.Goverment doesn't know the fact properly what go inside the banking system.If government doesn't know anything about the banks and take action against banks .Let the person who takes such action against banks come and practically see the situations.
It is the Govt. and its worthless Stooges have made the banks drowned by destructive steps to weak the banks by imposing various contradictory directives and keeping eyes shut on acute manpower shortage and unbearable pressures on the junior/middle level management cadres If the Govt. is bent on privatising the whole public banks why so hide and seek tactics??? Why the drama and crocodile tears for bank employees, for getting all Govt. Schemes, which are almost worthless,
non productive, NPA prone and overall
politically motivated ? This nasty game must be stopped altogether to save the banks, their valued ordinary and peace loving customers

Chahte huye b staff customer service nhi de pa rhe q ki staff to dete nhi kam staff b sab kam karvana hai unrealistic target hai upper management ko in chijo se lena dena nhi bs target pure hone chahiye is reason se branch customer aur higher authority k bich me pela jata hai. Customer ko a sab nhi pata o to direct staff ko blaim karta hai.not easy job jitna log sochte hai.if u r learner plz dont choose bank as a career.personal life ki aisi taisi ho rakhi hai😢

Customer should be banned in all the PSBs and Pvt. sector banks for certain period of time and that is should not be less than 2 years. His all the KYC documents should be black listed so that he can not transcat from his any Bank Account nor open a new account. Such ban policy is there in air line industry. The bank should also do this.@@DELTAGYANbyBJ
