[Roselia literally gets all the 28+, let's count here: Opera of the Wasteland, Re;Birth Day, Rin-Rin Bloom (Ringing Bloom), now Paradisus, and they have the only 29 Six Trillion Years and Overnight Story]. Roselia has half of the current 28s.

With the case of Recital, it is sometimes debated whether or not it is harder than Gokai (28 for sure). More people tend to view Recital as the hardest 27 with Gokai as 2nd, but views can differ. They both are harder than the low spectrum of 28s mentioned earlier but both don't give off that 27 vibe either (For most). It can be said that Recital therefore barely makes the cut for 28. It depends if one considers Gokai / Recital harder or equal to Opera, which is what the theoretical 28 should be. (Viewpoints may differ of course). I understand where you are coming from on this. It is just like the case where people debate whether or not Rin-Rin Bloom should be a 29.
The whole time I was wavering between it being a 27 or 28. It doesn't actually look super duper impossible. If you can drum roll your way out of those spams, you're in the clear. A bit harder than Sugar Song and Bitter Step and God Knows, but still under Hey-Day and Opera of the Wasteland. Roselia still hogging all of the super hard songs. They have over 60% of the 27s, 50% of the 28s and 100% of the 29s. And that's just ONE BAND out of... technically 7, but mostly 5. Btw : Managed the Full Combo on Alchemy, Double Rainbow and Home Street in the past 3 days so I'm feeling pretty great about myself here in the 25s-26s scrub zone :D. 91 songs Full Combo-ed out of 144 on EN, Whooo!
I wish other bands get more 27/28/29 songs. Roselia's popularity is indeed well-deserved but sometimes I want to play harder songs and need to keep repeating Roselia...
This took me 1 full week of playing this specific song with any available energy points and finally completed it. The feeling of progress and completion is overwhelming and that's why I love this game

You're in the 1% of players who can actually Full Combo Ringing Bloom and Six Trillion. We the real noobs are happily surprised to Full Combo Double Rainbow on a good day. What I'm saying is, your noob status has been revoked a looong time ago. Please accept that you are good at this game.
It's easier than some 28's for sure but I feel like its not easy enough to be a 27. I'm also just really bad at the parts with the quick succession of notes like at around 00:36-00:38 so maybe that's just me. Really nice performance tho, always fun to watch!

Enforcer XV I don’t think Recital as difficult, neither my group of friends. Its definitely difficult but only 28 level 27 is Goka Gokai in my opinion
