Convenient and the most useful set of jutsus for Obito were given to him at the very beginning, absolutely ridiculous plan for Madara that actually worked, and Kaguya just ate a fruit and reborn because somehow representation of her will was able to get his plan working.

He then went on to get a super special awesome overpowered Sannin teacher who proceeded to give him both the summons and original move of the Yondaime Hokage. Naruto was a special snowflake with natural buffs, access to top teachers, and given rare special techniques throughout all of Part 1.
