Chillas saying Sol should’ve been part of this podcast presumably for more intelligent questioning but the way Mac handled this interview is amazing for many reasons but one that stands out for me, is that he conducted the conversation for the layman. People who aren’t as clued up about politics and see too much coming through that they can’t keep up and end up losing interest. This podcast was insightful for those people. Sometimes we don’t need intellectual flair, let’s just talk simply for the purpose of knowing each other.

Never, it will be hell boring and can end up very bad with his so called sharp and critical questions. This was more relaxed and fund interview even though I noted on several occassion where Gogo looked unconfortable. This show is not a fact finding tool and surely people are not here to be interrogated. It was indeed a smooth flowing and very nice show. Well done Team...

I have newfound respect for Hellen Zille after this interview (despite her running away from real conversation about racism and institutional racism and how it works in SA, especially in CapeTown). I've worked and been taught by a lot of white people like her, in that I respect their craft and discipline but there's always that remnant racism that prevails and they remain seemingly blind to it. She highlighted a lot of things I have personally experienced and that metaphor is on point! What you did was very important MacG! Thank you and keep up the good work.
