Dieses Instrumentalstück gehört zu meinen Lieblingsmelodien, weil es mich durch seine meditative, tief empfundene Klanggebung und Fülle, emotional in andere Sphären versetzt. Keine noch so versierte Stimme kann dieses Thema und Emotionen so transportieren, wie es eine wertvolle Geige vermag - die von überragenden Künstlern so interpretiert wird. Das hat auch der Komponist in dieser Szene so empfunden.

Disons que la composition de J Massnet est une merveille mais cette violoniste est à la hauteur vous pouvez écouter d'autre virtuose ils ne lui arrivent pas à la cheville c'est une Reine a tout point de vue ,le tiré de l'archet ,,,,,,que du bonheur Bravo bravo Madame Katica

This woman's presence, her beauty and her music gently coaxes a man's soul to leave his body and to enter into a sublime space to reach a high degree of moral and spiritual purity. She continuously loves her audience and her relations with her listeners is the epitome of courtship and a trace of romping and cavorting in other faster musical pieces as when she plays Franz Lehar. Hope she reads this, and just smiles, she earnt it.

Csodálatos a zene, csodálatos az előadás. Ezzel a darabbal át lehet csúszni a szentimentalizmusba. Katicának azonban sikerült az egekig emelni ezt a darabot úgy, hogy közben a földön járt a hegedűjével. nagyon köszönöm!

This is beautiful,it was played at my dads funeral as we left the chapel it was not till a few years ago l found what it was. My grand son can now play it on his viola.

Illényi Katica asszony csodálatos hangszerével a legnehezebb és legváltozatosabb műfajokban is teljes mértékben és bámulatos könnyedséggel fejezi ki magát, mind a csillogó hagyományos magyar zenében, mind a 19. és 20. századi klasszikus repertoárban. Ő számomra Magyarországon a nagy mester, Paganini korabeli megfelelője.
