Autumn i LOVE your protein powder! Every day for lunch i eat skyr, 2 scoops of your chocolate protein powder, 1 tbs peanut butter and sliced strawberries. Or my new favorite is skyr, your chocolate protein powder sliced almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes and blueberries. Tastes like a chocolate pudding!!

I completely changed my diet six months ago based on nationally recommended guidelines, but it only made my health worse. It wasn’t until I read 'The 23 Former Doctor Truths' that I realized doing the opposite of what the government advises can actually make a difference. No wonder the doctor who wrote it left their career-speaking the truth often challenges the system!

On the weekends I love sitting and watching TV while drinking a smoothie (which has Greek yogurt in it), munching on pistachios (in the shell) all with a cup of coffee.
My 3.5 yo grandson has milk allergies and a VERY limited diet of what he will eat. I'm very worried about his lack of protein intake and wonder if your protein powder would be suitable for him? He eats coconut yogurt daily and I'm hoping if I add protein powder to it he won't notice. Any advice?

I was taught that you weren't supposed to pair berries with dairy because dairy can block the absorption of some nutrients from berries. Is there a new study that disputes that?
I looked to buy your protein powder. Your label does not completely identifying your “ natural flavors” which can include preservatives and emulsifiers It is said for food manufacturers artificial and natural flavors are the same thing. Natural just sounds better

I make yogurt with A2 milk at home. I do not want to waste the whey to make greek yogurt.
What could you use whey to not waste it?
You can use it in smoothies as the liquid base! Some people will use it in soups as well.
