Great video! I just finished the book glucose revolution, it talks about eating your fiber and protein first then bread and carbs after and that caused your sugar and insulin spikes to be less, which causes less energy crashes and less cravings. And starting meals with a salad first has many digestive benefits. Glad to see so much scientific information being shared!
I prefer whey protein concentrate. I find it’s less processed and closer to a whole food. My body does better with it then isolate but I still use both
At no. 75 she said eggs are a high protein food. but doesn't one egg only have about 6g of protein for ca. 100cal? That's not exactly high protein to me. But it doesn't negate the fact that eggs are an awesome healthy foodchoice with a lot of nutrients.
Something about the format, there was a way to high "spend" (buy magnesium, here is our sponsor, buy that to, buy a new desk, you need a fitbit.... it gets off putting 🤷🏻♀️) to actual "do" ratio in the beginning, felt like commercials so ended up wandering off 😝 you'd probably get 'us' to buy more by pushing that further in to the video instead of ppl losing the focus on what is said... 🤔

One egg has 13 grams of protein also the quality of egg protein is one of the best
@mahaal-sulaimani6217 100g of egg have 13g protein. I don't know what egg you are using but mine are between 50-75g.
