I love D12 and really want to know more about them, but I can't watch an interview without cringing because they ALWAYS get asked questions about Eminem. Those poor dudes.. that shit has to get annoying.
On the subject of The Outsidaz... I read an interview of them saying Young Zee and Pacewon were originally supposed to be on "Amityville" on The Marshall Mathers LP. The version exists in Em's vault somewhere, it's got to be in the archives.... SOMEBODY RELEASE THAT SHIT! That shit must knock.
Clara Romano if you were in a band. Everything seems beautiful and nice. One blows up major and become viral and rich while you're and the rest stay little and broke with no signs of recognition, you realize that all along it was all about that one person only, it was all a game of favoritism. Everything else was just a lie. Would you wanna get asked tones of questions about"That Person"?
I'd ask them about Thyme and Mudd from Proof's first group - 5 Elementz / 5Ela - they were produced by J Dilla. Thyme did a track with Eminem called "Open Mic".
Can we put some respect on these men’s names? I love Em, but god damn, I’m sure he’d also want them to get spotlight as well. Make the interview with D12 about D12 Not just a literal representation of the song ‘My Band’

no for real first time i heard Eminem was the song "My name is" i thought he was like a black Eddie Griffin looking guy thats what he sounded like rapping to me its crazy Eminem was living in my city Newark NJ back in the late 90's he would come out in the cypher's with the Outsidaz his face would turn red as hell but he was killing shit then I found out of when i heard him on the radio that he was that same guy...crazy....
man that devils night though I grew up on that....fight music.... one of the best rap group there ever was 85 baby grew up in Cali I can't believe it's already been over ten years and still bumping this shit
When Em was discovered to be White by Dr Dre and others but especially Dre that made them all the more interested in him I mean you had groups like The Beastie Boys that where White too and you had Vanilla Ice and Marky Mark sure the last two I mentioned where not as successful as Em but they still deserve mentions on here. Em was winning many battles in competitions and of course he lost some but I am sure he won way more then he lost and was a reigning champion at freestyling and doing battling with others. I know Rhymefest beat him in a rap battle one time but Em still held his own and you got other good White Rappers like Diabolic, Among others.
MC Serch, Pete Nice, RA the Rugged Man, Everlast, and Cage were alsi around before Em. Diabolic is the man, Aesop Rock, Sage Francis, Copywrite, EL-P, ect...Oh yeah...Kamikaze? More like Autopilot... *Em just got bodied..* th-cam.com/video/vWlLbxNze24/w-d-xo.html
I did and he was still my favorite even before I found out he was "white" because skin color has nothing to do with talent. If we were all born blind skin color would of never made a difference in this world and thats the way it should be now!

was my favorite d12 members big bizarre swifty kuniva i love them boyz
damn bizzare trippin on xany or somethin
"trippin" xD
u don't trip on Xanax......
smoothe an mellow
You can trip if you overdose on it every single day
+DemonicVeLo wtf r u talking about if you overdose u get sent too the er you don't trip nigga. Tripping is hallucinogenics
You can get very fucked up in the head by Anxiety / depression pills.
Eminem took that shit every day in the Encore days, look what happened to him.
I can imagine watching this video and reminiscing old times with a smile
I love D12 and really want to know more about them, but I can't watch an interview without cringing because they ALWAYS get asked questions about Eminem. Those poor dudes.. that shit has to get annoying.
I've lived in metro Detroit for an made music for a long time.. this interview took me , super dope session. u do great work vlad
Everybody's like damnit... they got us here for another EM interview.
Christ, they all look so depressed.
Steff Redfield They can rap, but just had a hard time making hit songs
They look like they did not want to be there 🤦♀️😂😂😂 let alone talk about eminem over and over instead of promoting themselves & their talent 🤦♀️😂
Make the interview with D12 about D12
Not just a literal representation of the song ‘My Band’
I like how they look disappointed when the dude asks Eminem questions but how enthusiastic they get talking about him. D12 was my earliest inspiration and I loved how weird they all were.
Enthusiastic talking about who?? Proof??
@@ch33zybreadtrellie4 talking about Em. Like "aw shit another Em question." But when they talk about him you can tell they have a ton of respect for the dude.
*Open mic track is dope as fuck!*
0:50 My dawg on the left definitely smoked a blunt before the interview😂
It's comical that trolls really think that you must claim eminem to be "overrated" to be a hip-hop fan. 😂😂 FOH. Sit through and listen to his shit before you come up with an original opinion
I got to battle at the hip hop shop last yr 🙌🏻💯💯💯💯💯
If proof formed the group then why did people think eminem formed it. He didn't he just put them on like he promised before the record deal.
Tiana Nesbitt Em planned on just signing them until Bugz died, they decided he could join in his place.
Exactly when I was younger I knew many people including myself that thought he was black and we all thought he was amazing regardless of skin color, later on we realized he was white obviously but not in the beginning.
Devil's Night was the shiiiiiiii- back when I was 12 :D god bless these dudes.
man booth of the D12 albums were awesome albums soooo underrated like why???? You could listen to the albums front to back everyday
They can't interview d12 without asking an eminem question. It's kinda sad
FFS so annoying how everyone always focuses on Eminem...Swift and Kuniva are both very talented lyricists and have great flow, I wish they got the attention they deserved
Nobody's going to mention Eye-kyu?
Not only is Bizarre high, the dude still got smoke in his eyes haha long live D12
These guys are fucking legends!
Swift and Kuniva dropping a joint album on all platforms on 22nd of February btw!
Smackdown was a great diss track, as was Malcolm X. by Moist Da 5'9
Gator McClusky "Moist DA 5'9" ahahahahahhaha XD made my day
D12 really has great mixtapes, I mean really great ones. As an Eminem fan since 2000 I would like to say please stop asking these guys about Eminem over and over again , but only mixtapes and releases. They are very talanted. Bizarre has dramatically improved his lyrics and flows, Kuniva is another killa, all the D12 members are underrated af.
I thought Eminem invented d12
This information make proof more of a legend
no for real first time i heard Eminem was the song "My name is" i thought he was like a black Eddie Griffin looking guy thats what he sounded like rapping to me its crazy Eminem was living in my city Newark NJ back in the late 90's he would come out in the cypher's with the Outsidaz his face would turn red as hell but he was killing shit then I found out of when i heard him on the radio that he was that same guy...crazy....
"How has Slim Jesus had an influence on Eminem and D12s latest work..? Are Eminem and Slim Jesus related?"
Wtf?? Are you serious?
Who's here after hearing the track - Stepping Stone from the kamikaze album
Kamikaze? More like Autopilot...
*Em just got bodied..*

does anyone else get the vibe they're in trouble with the head teacher
4:13 oh my god. Bizzares nose. I thought my brand new monitor had a busted pixel. My heart dropped.
Eminem is good at rhyming
- Lord Jamar
+Stephen Sturgis You don't have to be lord jamar to have that opinion
+VerryLongName That's true
VerryLongName no shit
man that devils night though I grew up on that....fight music.... one of the best rap group there ever was 85 baby grew up in Cali I can't believe it's already been over ten years and still bumping this shit

I’m a big Eminem fan but please... ask Em the questions you wanna know about him, and talk with D12 about them! It makes me kinda sad for them...
can they talk about where tf Eye-Kyu is?
I did and he was still my favorite even before I found out he was "white" because skin color has nothing to do with talent. If we were all born blind skin color would of never made a difference in this world and thats the way it should be now!
