You can hook these into your PV input using the battery clamps to mc4 connectors. It only charges the bluetti at 100w. Series connect 2 batteries to get 24v which outputs 200watts to the bluetti.
I'm starting to toy around with batteries on my channel as well. But Im new to this battery stuff. Good to see some regular lugs on this smaller battery. I dont think I saw how you connected the charge enhancer. Thats an interesting way to avoid having to mess with the settings on the PV input and switching and all that jazz. I know its not super prudent but imagine if these larger power stations had PD in. You could literally just go from battery to 12v sock to usb c PD 12v plug to the power station. Its involved but power at night is power at night. Especially if you have this stuff laying around. Also Im down to chop it up (talk lol) about youtube or this content that we both make if youre interested.
Yesterday we didn't get any sun in San Diego which is out of the ordinary. My system only charged up 50% during the entire day which isn't good. I'm hoping to get some bigger batteries or spare Power stations soon so i can use for days where its rainy to charge up my main system. I have a video on how to use the enhanced charger in detail here. th-cam.com/video/JJ--J51Xb7Y/w-d-xo.html I'd love to chat it up.
@@OffGridSolarSmartHouse Ill see if I havent watched that video already. Feel free to hit me on on FB / IG / Telegram or good old fashion email. Its my least favorite but it should be in all my video descripts and on my about tab. I would just put it here but mama youtube will probably flag it.
Is therw any way to integrate this 12v battery into Bkuetti extension plug, so bluety can autimaticly drain when needed and charge it from solar when availabile?
You could setup a timer/ relay, like the Christmas lights have How it would work is at a certain time let's say 6pm, after the sun went down turn on to charge the bluetti. You can also turn it off at a specific time. Then to recharge the 12v battery I would use a smart outlet switch off the bluetti on a schedule.
This is exactly the video I'm looking for, a much cheaper way to expand the capacity of the AC200MAX. I'm not sure about those exposed terminals on batteries, mind you. Isn't it easy to get a shock?
It's really top it feeds my house entirely in France it may have blackouts I feed it with for now 2 400w panels in series I saw your videos during a blackout and I subscribed thank you for your video a French subscriber
I was also faced with the decision between the ac 200 max and the Delta max, I decided on the AC 200 Max, the reason for this was the battery alone. Delta Max NCM battery with 800 charge cycles and the AC 200 Max lifepo4 battery with 3500 charge cycles. In addition, the Delta Max can only be expanded to 6kwh with an additional battery. The Ac 200 max goes up to 8kwh. The Delta max can only be solar charged with 100V max and max 800watt. the AC 200 Max can be solar charged with 145V max and 900 watts. and in an emergency I buy an adapter for the AC 200 Max for 200 euros and can then charge up to 1400 watts solar. I also wanted to buy the Delta Max at first, but after reading a bit I quickly came across the AC 200 Max. The clear winner is the Bluetti AC 200 Max. *sorry for my poor english
Lifecycles, ac input, and ac capacity is what sold me on the ac200Max. There's a lot of other great products. Coming out that are catching up quickly on bluetti. More competition is good for the consumer.
@@OffGridSolarSmartHouse another question, I ordered the D050S. I have a solar panel with 36v and about 12A left over. Is it possible to run this through the D050S? Since the D050S can only handle 10A. sorry again for my bad english
In my opinion if only the AC200MAX had the ability to charge itself quickly. Experiments like this can be avoided. I see a lot of wires protruding here and there and it doesn't look pretty nice.

I think I will be adding this to my Bluetti ac200max system. Love Bluetti. Thanks.
That's awesome 👍
Thank you.
No problem.

@@OffGridSolarSmartHouse isnt there any way to plug it in the socket where expansion battery is connected to Ac200? That would be great
I don't think so.
Exactly what i do with exactly the same system only I have 2 100ah and a 2KW inverters from renogy
That's a good start.
how do you know when the RoyPow battery is fully charged? Is there any indicator?
The charger for the battery has an indicator.
My brother may I ask, would that battery be able to run a microwave.
Hi, how long are you going to use the microwave? Typical use 5 to 10 minutes a day?
@@OffGridSolarSmartHouse does it matter whether it is 5 minutes or 10? I guess you are saying it depends?
If your looking at a portable solar power station you can usually use the microwave for over an hour.

They sale covers for the terminals. As long as you don't touch both at once you'll be fine.

No thanks. I'll get the Delta Max and add a couple of extra batteries. I can fully charge it from the AC wall outlet in less than two hours.
The Ecoflow Delta Max is a really good choice as well. Everything just depends on your situation.

I've asked bluetti the same question. They told me it's like the Ac200 max. Anything over 10 amps isn't used.

Yeah, there are unit that can fast charge off an ac outlet very fast compared to the ac200 Max. One thing I do like about the max is the solar input.
