(/gen) it's so nice seeing reactions to the patch notes that aren't just "what are they doing why are they buffing good characters" or "guess we're season 1 again :///". i really appreciate the outlook of "look at all the cool new stuff these characters have"
That criticism is still important but nobody is ever 100% happy with patches, so taking a positive/optimistic look is definitely how I would go about it

What was that Bison animation before he did OD Psycho crusher? He waves his arm around in a circle and said "Play time is over." I’ve never seen that before. Did the player do a secret taunt or something?
Everyone has both a standing and a crouching "recover from burnout" animation. I actually only discovered this a couple of weeks ago. Some of them are pretty unique!

They need to make that heavy punch plus, it would give that weird heavy a lot more value and increase his pressure. The character has a weird time getting in, and when he gets in he doesn’t really do anything because he has no plus frames
@@Half_Bl00d_H3R0 1. power charge isnt a button. when people talk about buttons they mean normals, like light punch or heavy kick not a motion special move 2. to even get power charge you need to land a normal hit first, unless you have negative iq and throw that shit out randomly in neutral, in which case it is extremely minus from the way you talk about the game you clearly havent played a lot and if you have you need to play more
Maybe it's because I don't have Terry (or any DLC character), but I feel like there's not much to work with and develop like A.K.I. and Ed. He seems pretty straightforward.
these patch notes funny asf they just buffed the ex-top tiers from mid tier back to top tier and left the bottom half of the cast to rot. maybe jamie will be playable next patch
I don’t think Jamie will ever be in the game I’m not gonna lie. Only thing they can do is make the character more fun, because conceptually it’s hard for a character like him to ever be consistently good.
Honestly I think they have just abandoned those characters. Capcom has a tendency to just forget characters like DJ in sf4 or Ryu in 5. They just stop caring and only focus on the popular ones. Characters like Jaime, Lily, and Manon are not popular enough, so they to into the trash bin to be forgotten.

@@dancinginfernal he just doesn’t really have any real pressure tools, so you’re forced to play footsies constantly. Ryu has a similar issue, only his damage is insane and he has a heavy punch that can check opponent’s really easily.
