I would love to build an obstacle course in the park for all to use and get the feeling what tough exercise is all about and still enjoy it, any plans or ideas are welcome, will build it myself as simple and cheap as possible, but must still be of an applicable standard, this sounds crazy, I am 69 years old this year, and an obstacle course is one of my dreams for my community to enjoy, idleness, drug and alcholhol abuse with diminish, boys, girls, woman men will become fit and enjoy a sense of discipline, ownership, self empowerment and achievements of enjoyment, one can stilk
