I hate that this game reminds me of how bad a time beginning my first year of high school as a freshman was and that it didn't improve on anything to be cool or make any friends. On the upside of surviving my freshman year is that playing MKDS on a red Nintendo DS I used to have kept me from being bored all the time whenever I needed to kill time. Unfortunately, I lost that DS on the very last day of the 2nd semester without high alert knowing it was a locker-clean out day, but my spirit didn't went south. The next best thing to play on throughout the summer of 2013 and starting my sophomore year was a Nintendo Wii and a plethora of its games.
