I will say, most of your questions about things that happened in the game or in the background of the game, we dont necessarily have answers to (now you can speculate with the rest of us). When you asked if this game was successful.... generally speaking and imo, yes (idc for how they handled multiplayer). Im sure you know, but 343 made some pretty distinct changes with their games from Bungie's. They got a lot of flack from the majority of the community.... so when this was released, it was absolutely a love letter to the days of old (especially CE) and many were surprised and very happy to see 343 walk back a lot of gameplay and art changes. The gameplay is great, the art design is phenomenal, the emotion was done extremely well. Getting a peak into the enemy faction throughout was also great. There are some weak points throughout, but the core is very strong. As a whole, it's not my favorite campaign, but I HAVE to respect it for what it is. Many of us had low expectations after Halo 5 and this really helped to curb the negativity. As far as what happened post-launch.... there is worry with where Halo will go next. A lot of company troubles and position shifting to put it mildly. But the halo community is nothing but strong and hopeful for what is to come.

@@reginaldh2079 It's safest against a lot of bosses to do the strat perfectly and not just wing it if it goes wrong. In this case, he missed a hit in the combo, so the boss didn't stagger, which would have allowed him to finish him off with no danger. Hence the "bone out" (really a memory of grace)

Actually quitting out, be it through the menu or alt f4, is against the rules as you could just do it to avoid damage. Using recall items in the game such as homeward bones in dark souls, Hunters mark in Bloodborne or memory of grace in Elden ring are perfectly fine to use in these runs, as they are tools given to you by the game and you actually have to plan ahead on when to use them, as you are still vulnerable during the start up animation unlike with quitting out, where it's just instantaneous.
