I love this What If story, mainly because it features Raditz and Kakarrot having a very strong brotherly relationship and plus Raditz is in it and a hero. Plus some minor characters now have bigger roles and more involved with the story. If this continues (which I hope it does) I would like to see the movie variations for this story. Like the Curse of the Blood Rubies, Deadzone, the World’s Strongest, Tree of Might, Lord Slug, The Broly saga, Cooler’s Revenge or better yet Enter Cooler and Frieza, Bojack and Fusion Reborn. How would those movies change with the Saiyan twins being involved?
I have a suggestion for future WhIMs. "What if Frieza liked training?" I know that it's kinda unfair for Goku, Vegeta, and pretty much everyone else considering that Frieza reached the levels of the Gods in just four months, but I thought it would have been interesting to see just how much powerful Frieza could have gotten if he trained for a good chunk of his life.

Think about all the times when those things were the difference between surviving and dying, how many times Goku would essentially waste them, or even worse rely on them. Take every scenario where Senzu beans were available and make them disappear. See how that works out.

1:27:30 in my own opinion, I think the Semi Perfect Cell (18 absorbed) would have a nearly identical power level to what 17 would give him, but I think the appearance would be different and seem more.. elegant? It would be more of a refined look and less brutish, but he would function the same. I only bring this up because, well it could be a concept art in the future.

Your reasoning for why Kakarot beat Raditz in the second tournament is why I think Raditz would have lost to Tien. Raditz just came off of having to Fight Master Roshi, who is definitely no pushover, and Tien came off beating Yamcha, Not nearly as much of a threat. lol
I'd argue that they would be able to ride the nimbus. Pure heartedness is a term loosely thrown around. Vegeta is pure hearted by the time of BoG, for example. Furthermore, Nimbus can choose who rides it. Bulma is selfish, Krillin is a sore loser and has a perverted side, and Roshi is king pervert. Not to mention that Yamcha is a bandit. But, in this story, Goku and Raditz may not be pure hearted completely, but they exist only to get stronger and fight; plus they don't seem malicious about it. I don't see why Nimbus wouldn't want them to ride it.
This series could have an important spin-off I result wish you to consider, what if the Ozaru or "Great Ape" form had nothing to do with a saiyans tail?

I'd argue that they would be able to ride the nimbus. Pure heartedness is a term loosely thrown around. Vegeta is pure hearted by the time of BoG, for example.
Furthermore, Nimbus can choose who rides it. Bulma is selfish, Krillin is a sore loser and has a perverted side, and Roshi is king pervert. Not to mention that Yamcha is a bandit. But, in this story, Goku and Raditz may not be pure hearted completely, but they exist only to get stronger and fight; plus they don't seem malicious about it. I don't see why Nimbus wouldn't want them to ride it.

i feel a need to say this, the only reason raditz was stronger was because he was on planet vegeta alot with the 10x gravity, giving him a headstart in power against goku in the original, it makes sense for them to be equals here.

I really wish that rabbits played a more prominent role in Dragon Ball as a series. He kind of showed up as this character with so much potential having been related to Goku and met a quick end. For the longest time I thought he would come back like Vegeta did, playing in more prominent role. But I guess it's just not in the cards
