    Ingredients:

    Whole chicken - 1 ( 2 leg pieces and 2 breast pieces)
    Lemon Juice- 1tbsp
    Oil - 4 tbsp
    *Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2tsp
    Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
    Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
    Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
    Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
    Citric Acid - 1/4 tsp
    Salt
    Curd / Yogurt - 1/4 cup
    *The clip of me adding the ginger garlic paste was unfortunately deleted but I have added it so please make sure you add it as well.
    Marinate the chicken for a minimum of one hour.
    1.Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 C for 35 minutes on one side .
    2. Turn the chicken and bake for another 10 minutes.
    3. Turn the chicken again and bake in broil mode on the top rack for 10 minutes or until the chicken turns golden brown in color.
