Whenever neuvillette is sad, the sky will pour rain, how heavy the rain is depends on the sadness in his mind, the song is speaking his heart

What I love so much about Neuvillette is that he a powerful majestic dragon with ancient lore and history and deep connection to water, but still the elegant just chief justice of Fountaine. He has incredible authority and commanding presence, but instead of being scary he is an extremely polite gentleman who wants justice and coexistence in the world.
Also, love the detail that you got the guy who sang the Cyno song to also sing this one. They are both arbiters of justice -devoted to their job.

This song fits Neuvillette so well- the lyrics and the melody. It is just as majestic as Neuvillette as a character ❤
