X-Plane 11 Enhanced Cloudscapes volumetric cloud freeware descent from FL400 Alpha 2020.08.16

This plugin is an open source freeware that replaces default X-Plane 11 cloud with volumetric cloud! . Watch in 2K 1440p.
It is compatible with most weather injector like Active Sky XP, Noaa, FS Global real weather etc. This is still in alpha stage but developing very rapidly. VR is now supported.

This is default 737 descending from 40,000 feet. The weather is created using ActiveSky XP.

So incredible beautyful. Even the early alpha looked good. Now X-Plane needs some superb OrbX scenery for UK and an addon plane like the Fenix Airbus and voilà! Ready for take-off.

Does it supports multiple clouds layers like new MSFS? Any word on that from the developer?

Those are multiple cloud layers in the video. They can also mix but it will be hard to distinguish so kept them separate.

7000 Stratus
I randomly throw this numbers in ActiveSky to generate this weather probably not accurate from a real Nephology point of view.

Too many variable. It had some but nothing as bad as other 3D weather plugin.
