Freeware VHHH Hong Kong Int with newly released Aerobask Phenom 300 for X-Plane 11

I am checking out freeware "VHHH - Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok International 2.1.3 Vulkan. This is ILS approaching Rwy 07R via LIMES approach.
This freeware scenery is outstanding, approach is scenic and this new payware aircraft Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 from Aerobask is a very high quality aircraft that is a total joy to fly so far. I am learning still.

I am having trouble downloading this scenery. It keeps saying "Download recent BS2001 library or update" I have redownloaded that library a few times and nothing. I don't know what is going on. The scenery looks great! The airport for me isn't even there. There are all kinds of issues with it. I would appreciate if you could help me! Thank you. Great video!
