Thanks! Using the window mount Wyze sells worked well on the V3, but you can't change the angle. If you just place it in a window there will likely be a part of the day the camera cannot see. Also be sure to disable night vision IR lights (the starlight sensor is pretty good on its own anyways).

This is a VERY HELPFUL review! I have 4 V3's and there are 4 V3Pro's on order. My PRIMARY use is for night wildlife viewing, but just last week I caught a MAILBOX THIEF on 4 V3's and a Ring Video Doorbell. So my wildlife cams are a great security system too!

Thank you! The color night sight is amazing on these cameras, but the V3 and V3 Pro are limited to 20 frames per second. Hopefully the V4 will have a higher frame rate 😁

@@justinreviewsandrepairs5246 Exactly. That's why moving objects are blurry, while stationary objects are well defined. While a higher frame rate would be fantastic, it is also very very hard to accomplish.

Sure don't get the CamPlus Lite cloud recording with the pro? It had a screen that suggested it as an option at 6:09

I can't disable the 2 week trial to see what happens, but according to WYZE the V3 Pro does not work with Cam Plus Lite support.wyze.com/hc/en-us/articles/9858714454171-Is-Wyze-Cam-v3-Pro-compatible-with-Cam-Plus-Lite-

the reason you don't get cam plus lite on the v3 pro its because it already has the FREE built in person detection. (edgeI AI)

Cam Plus Lite also included 12 seconds of video stored to the cloud per event for 14 days. You will be limited to the micro SD card without it, which is an added cost and it means you will need to mount your cameras in a way they are not easily stolen. Thanks for watching!
