DHARMA is the spirit that drives your thoughts, feelings and actions. Spirit here is not the supernatural entity but the "inner force" that keeps you going; what you want according to your personal concept of how things should be.

Don’t use the term “spirit “ that you are trying to explain.... It is not spirit as per the western ideology...it is “Aatma”.
Aatma and spirit are different....don’t mix the interpretations please....

Wrong .This is not the definition of dharma .The word was mentioned first in a 3500 year old scripture Rig veda and this is not how vedas define it .Vedas define it as a law of the universe, just like the concept of karma.
The innerforce or lifeforce is not dharma ,it's the self/atman/consciousness. As per the vedas, you are not the body but the atman/self .
It's your mind which drives your thoughts ,feelings and action not some principle/law called dharma and it's solely upto you wheater you want to control your mind and follow dharma or not .Please don't give corrupt definitions of dharma and distort this concept of the vedas .

@@moonwalkerindia4919 that’s close, but that’s only cause we look at it in relationship to English where words are meant to only have one interpretation. A word in Sanskrit like dharma is actually meant to mean all those things at the same time.

      @@jitendralohar7773 "western"
Abrahamic faiths come from the near east.
Before them, the west understood what spirit is.
And many are finding that again, Abrahamic faiths have destroyed everything they ever touched.
It's not happening anymore. Churches are loosing power and have been for a long time. The old
Indo-European beleifs is where peace is found.
Abrahamism has lost out in the end, and they only have themselves to blame.
Shouldn't have forced it, because now it's getting forced to extinction.

they're dharmic religions so they come from similar origins and religious family group compared to abrahamic religions (Judaism, Islam and Christianity...) but its ignorant to say they all came from Hinduism when they all have different influences. It would be wrong to say Islam and Christianity is an extension of Judaism simply because it came first, even though dharmic religions do have many things in common.

For those who have a mathematical way of thinking, “dharma” is a set of values that contains the following: religion (not in the mainstream sense), righteousness, occupational duty, service (mainly to God), and rules and regulations.
Therefore, to say that dharma does not mean religion is wrong. Yet, to say that is means religion is also not correct (but not wrong either). Actually, the meaning of the word “dharma” is set to some value depending on the context of what one is trying to say.

Give 100$ to anyone and just let him be. It's not your duty to justify or correct how he spends that 100$ on. That's Dharma. You gave someone something that he needed at the time of need. It does not mean you should keep on checking how he used it.

dharma- is an important concept found in many spiritual philosophies from the indian continent including Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism.
In Hinduism, dharma is simultaneously the eternal order that rule the universe and the duty or law that governs one life
fulfilling one's dharma is more than simply one's purpose in life.
it is considered the very means by which one transcend suffering and the cycle of birth and death or what is called samsāra
a person who have social, political, and familiar dharma's but most important is one's spiritual dharma

The universal law comes from a lawmaker, we call Him YHWH (God) and there's a lawbreaker called Satan. God designed the universe, He created life on earth and want the human to follow the law. But the lawbreaker usurped humans to break the law together by injecting his satanic life into humans and caused sin (nature), sins (act), and death (result). The result of breaking the law is the chaotic situations on earth. By receiving God's eternal & divine life through Jesus Christ, we are reborn within the spirit and the law of life in us overthrown the law of sin & death in us, we become one with the Lawmaker. One day the Lawmaker (together with those who are one with Him) will execute judgment on Satan the head of lawbreakers and his followers.
