According to the service rep (in Canada) there wasn't a fix yet, I spoke to chrysler canada a few minutes later, provided my VIN, was told the first week of January there will be a fix sent to my dealership, so I booked the 3rd week in January. I printed the google doc (thank you for providing it).
@@Wrangler4XEFans I asked that same question, I was given an answer that didn't make sense, it felt like the service rep was scrambling to come up with an answer for the sake of giving one.
Dropped mine off today, dealership insisted I was wrong and there was no fix yet and they didn't believe me until I asked them to look up my VIN. If they tell you the fix isn't out yet, make them look it up!
Yeah, I really want them to do a fix they don’t even know is out or available… Jeep needs to get their sh!t together already, what a terrible company we all support.
Yesterday I called and they told me no fix yet. I told them Mopar emailed me saying it is and scheduled an appointment. Told her to talk to her supervisor and she asked and said she was told to schedule it. The first appointment is the recall inspection. My appointment is this Friday and I’ll know more.
Question: We have a warning in center cluster that comes on with a red wrench & bolt and with words that say "SERVICE HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE SYSTEM". Comes and goes randomly. Any word on this? Dropped it off at the Jeep dealership and they ran a few tests, spoke with staleantis who apparently said there's no fix yet. Drive and charge as normal and wait for software fix. VIN has no recalls. 3mo old Wrangler Ruby 4xE. Aside from this it's great.
Hi, I'm located in Switzerland. I asked my dealership and they insisted that there was no fix yet until I asked them to look up my VIN. I read through the whole document. The fix is quite complicated. How can we be sure that they will update all the modules and do the test drive, as required? 🤔

Im in canada and just got booked, they told me they have done a few already. I would call another dealer maybe

I got the same story, and I only wanted to set up something in early 2025.

@@EverythingRVbyPat Mine hasn’t gone yet. The Jeep I posted about on the flat bed wasn’t mine. Just a sight that has been a little too common.
