Incredible sightings as always. Sibuye is a beautiful cat and the Torchwood pride look to be in good shape too. It's always such a priviledge to see these beautiful animals. The Nkuhumas (oh my gosh) in a feeding frenzy for sure. I sometimes wonder how the cubs manage to get a look in. Nice to see the lioness grooming them after everything had calmed down..... Hi Christopher,
These animals have grown up with these vehicles around them. We have a very strict driving procedure and behaviour protocols whilst on the Land Rover. These animals know that we are not a threat and have become tolerant of our presence. It's a truly incredible experience to watch them go about their daily business at close quarters.

A couple of things. How in the world do the cubs keep from getting injured or killed. Why are American people so hell bent on destroying wildlife. I'm in Oregon and I seen neighbors kill a momma Cougar for walking down a dirt road and leave her cub to starve. She had not killed any domestic animals. I called the wildlife people here and was told that any predator animal can be killed, it doesn't matter if they have young. I cried for days, also made some enemies. I posted signs all over my yard that if that cub made it to my yard and I caught 1 human going after it they would get there ass's loaded with buckshot. 6 days later it was thrown into my yard minus head, tail and 4 paws.
