WATCH: In celebration of the 2024 National Women’s Month, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) launched its Gender And Development (GAD) Agenda 2024-2028: Framework Strategic Plan. It lays out the Department’s plans, target results and outcomes, and reference monitoring and evaluation framework to make its programs, activities, and projects gender-responsive.
