It is really cool to see stuff like this, but he has better gear than my #1 champion. Seems like you have to either be a content creator or a kraken to be able to build all your legendaries, all your epics, all your rares, and then still have gear left for commons. I guess one point of this video is to show that you don't need legendaries, but then again it would be hard to get this guy geared up without some of the legendaries to get him the gear.

@@dire_prism I use apothecary stag knight eryines and miscreated monster. Eryines being posioner and single hitter, apothecary for heal and speed, stag knight of attack down and defense, armiger for turn meter. My armiger has 160 speed and he basically doesn't give the spider a turn.

Only one chance, RNG and all included. Yes, risk it on weak hit or go for 100% chance. but dont use like 1000 energy recording that one luck 2x relentless proc.
Yeah but not everyone has lyssandra. Literally anybody can get armiger and easily max him out. How many people do you know that have a lyssandra besides the top tier whales?

If a champ does a job better than it does the job better, no matter if you have the champ or not. Skullcrusher is not the best counter buffer, just because he is wide spread, Valkyrie is, because she is simply the best at it. Same applies to anything that you want to lable "the best at x".

When you were talking about his t5 support mastery and taking Sniper which does nothing for him...my question to you would be, why not take Spirit Haste (increase speed by 8 for each dead ally)...Warmaiden dies early on, so its essentially a +8 speed boost for the entire fight for him.
The only thing y9ou forgot to mention is that you need to win tournaments to get the Relentless gear sets. If you're not winning tournies, you don't have the gear to use. Other than that, another informative video.
Yash Tantia theoretically that could be a collection of tournament gear and arena 4 pieces so I wouldn’t say 2k but I know I don’t have it. Anyway you could put your best defense relentless set and get enough speed and accuracy and be fine
That’s what I was thinking, it’s not a chance, it is a guaranteed 30% reduction on a critical hit, so why build up his accuracy? Unless the game is lying, if it’s not guaranteed they need to re word his skills.
I dort have coldheart nor a similar Champion. This is quote a problem. I have Hulk,but He is weak appart his Max HP still. The spider is very difficult in the higher levels beyond Level 15. You cant destroy the little spiders with one shot anymore and speed gets higher too. I have just no Chance with my Champs. In all the vids i waschen,people allways make massive damage and Attacks from the little spiders seems Not avoiladble.
I want to build a team for Spider 20. Should I replace WarMaiden with Mdm Serris for 100% success rate in the run? I have tried so many times with Sinesha as a tank, but her counterattack does NOT proc often enough... why would Zephyr Sniper work? Because she is not weak affinity? Please let me know...

Moral of the story though is: Be lucky and pull Coldheart. With Stag Knight I fucked up tho. When I got him from the battle pass I didn't really know what I was doing and I used him for rank upgrade food. :(
Anyone know if Knight Errant is any viable for a leech champ? His A1 has a 50% chance when booked to land leech for 2 turns and he hits hard. But I don’t know if it’s reliable. He also has 25% weaken on his A3

How do you make sure a champion is targeted in spider? I have tried everything giving less HP less defense and the spiders literally just attack at random.
I think that it is better not to book his A2. It has a 3 turn CD by default, he would use his A1 which is much more important, to control turn meter. What do you think?
Watching this because I have a level 30 rank 3 Armiger but I feel he needs certain gear and statistics in order to be able to do very high damage he might find his way into certain situational teams. In the meantime I am searching for a way to buff my recently acquired Frozen Banshee and Outlaw monk and on my Journey to find other poisoners. I did find a Painkeeper today after 3 starring all of Campaign with just my Epic Jizoh lizard and my Rank 5 lv 50 Elhain (Yes I made the mistake of picking her as a starter champion but I can't be the only one)
fyi inspired by this video i added relentless gear to my armiger. it ADDED 2 minutes to my ice golem times: appears as though armiger now knocks ice golem through the thresholds faster than frozen banshee can lay the poisons, respawning the minions too quickly. so a giant YMMV on this one :( PS switched to high damage set up with level 50 seer instead of frozen banshee and it dropped 2 minutes from my base time. take home lesson: a little turn meter control works synergistically with a poisoner allowing more to land; too much turn meter control inhibits poison efficacy, by keeping the turn meter from ticking through the poison hits.... which is why he called it "end game" ;)
Love your videos but most newer players and even many mid tier players don't have your level of gear and even with the gear the great hall is lacking. I can clear dragon 20 without any problems but spider just kicks my butt. I have no heavy hitters. IE coldheart or royal guard. I am starting to work on pyslar she will help. Razan also lower turn meter.

I've got my arbiter in relentless. makes for some absolutely legendary comebacks. Oh everybody's dead and my arbiter is low hp? res, heal, att up, enemy buffs dropped, and my whole team takes a turn, tyvm.

I've read several times, that soulbond bowyer doesn't use her A3, when there are too many enemies on the screen. Is it true? This makes her more or less useless for spider....
I'd be curious to see Cillian the Lucky in a Relentless set. His A1 doesn't just drop TM, he *steals* TM, gaining even more of a speed advantage in relation to his target.
I'm curious if it's possible to clear spider 18-19-20 only relying on massive turn meter control, but no hp burn, no max hp hitters. I personally have no other chance, than just hoping for warmaster procs to take it down after a while. I wouldn't even care if it took 20min if it was able on auto. But who knows, maybe this could be a challenge for somebody :P
It would be a loong run and it would have to be on manual but I've been experimenting with Jizoh + Soulbond Bowyer for Spider 14. Perhaps with enough hp + def on Jizoh the spiderlings would still target a Sister Military even if she has Counterattack on. Jizoh would have to be way faster than her though for 100% uptime.
My issue with this team is the Zephyr counter strategy... I tried this with Soulbond Bowyer.. you have to tweak her HP/Def just so that the Spiderlings take 26% of her HP with each hit.. that means, if the 50% chance to counter does not procc after 3 hits, she's dead and your team is too..
So I do not have Coldheart and I do not have any relentless gear available to me at the moment. Would Lua be a good alternative to CH? What gear set would be a good alternative to relentless?

HH you don't need ACC on his build. All you need for the 30% turn meter decrease is the CR. Look at his A1/A2 again. There is no % chance

I would also like to know. When I run spiders either my skull crown, Tayrel or Lyssandra are targeted, never my Ithos who is easiest to kill.

Would putting lyssandra in the same gear still make armiger better? Lyssandra is much easier to gear as well (speed+acc vs speed+acc+CR).

Probably want him to be as he's uncommon so his stats aren't great. But he is viable at 50 if he doesn't get targeted
