I like this guy, lots of enthusiasm. After 32 years in the bush, I've never been bored. People should alway have a good time and love what they do no matter what it is. Everybody could take a page outta Billys book.👍
Hey , I’m new to this channel. I just can’t get enough. I like how you get in there and get the job done. I also appreciate your strong beliefs, be kind to others, and always give thanks to the lord above. My educated guess, after counting your steps along that log, would be 39’ 8”. Keep up the good work .
Great video Buckin. Can I just say that your blessed with great friend's. Your a lucky guy. God bless you Buckin Billy Ray Smith. You give joy to a lot of people. Love to the Buckin army ❤👊

Always a pleasure watching your videos. Love the lessons and positivity. Have a monster Osage Orange I will be felling in the next month. Would love to send you some axe helves. Thanks to your videos you inspired me to start restoring old axe heads and making helves like they did 100 plus years ago. As you already know there is big difference in the strength when that handle follows the grain vs it being cut on a bandsaw. Wish I could drop you a load of Osage Butts. Boy does that stuff burn hot.
53 feet,I've learned alot about falling trees watching these videos,I've got some oddball angled 100ft Oaks and Pines to fall, thanks for the help Buckin!
42'6" Good luck all, and thank you buckin' for the awesome content, learned a lot and I am looking at going into this field thanks to you and some other creators. Love having a saw in my hands and have always wanted to do something outdoors.
I'm 70 and I do wear lexan prescription glasses and gloves, but a hard hat won't keep you from getting your skull crushed. A Stihl 026 with a 24 inch bar and I've dropped beetle killed old growth pines 36 inches at the butt and 192 growth rings. I do like having a Case 570 bucket for insurance when felling.
Haven't wotched for a bit so it feels good to check in. Boy buckin looks like he's been living the good life. Put on some pounds. Don't go down to the woods today your shore of a big surprises. It's all good look how that mac eats up the wood.
This channel randomly got in my playlist, don’t know why. This is the most Canadian thing I’ve ever seen/heard. I build trucks, why am I binging this lol
@@rongreergreer4714 hey Ron, 2 things you need to know, 1st I already guess the tree height correctly and 2 your guess is a reply to my guess. I don't know if my guess is right I was just kidding! I wanted you to know incase you wanted to try again in the main section Good luck Ron.

Hi Buckin 51' 5" Nice job love that Mac sounds great I think u could drive a nail in a stump your so accurate at dropping trees Besafe And Kind Hi Boys
I saw an interesting splitting mall today, at the sharpened end of the mall the blade was extended down a couple of inches and shaped into a downward pointing spur. Apparently for use as a way of hooking a fallen log to right it up for splitting. Have you ever seen one like this ? Let me know. Dave
Hey Buckin from Arkansas. Love your channel and your saws. Me and my dad cut firewood for ourselves with a Stihl ms250 yellow chain. We split all our wood by hand with a truper 6 pound splitting maul. I got my Grandpaws old Poulan 306a after he passed away. Bad news is the top end is shot. Absolutley shreaded! Do u know where I can get a good top end for this saw? Thanks.👍
i thought i was good being able to drop almost any tree between two t-posts 4' apart. you just put 5 in a pile, that's damn good. mine still has all of it's limbs though. i'm gonna say 35' 6"
