I drove for 7 hours with my daughters to see this band at theO2 in London. We got to the front. Sang every word of every song and cried like babies when they sang this song. 2 weeks later in Belfast, I met Gary Light odd in a new music museum where he was donating a guitar. Classy classy gifted guy.
This song reminds me of my mom. She's alive and well but we live over a thousand miles away from each other and don't talk much anymore. I'm going to see her in August of this year and I'm really excited. I wish anyone reading this good health

My wife Mary Else was in a coma for nearly 3 months back in the fall of 06 when this song was on the radio almost every night when l drove home from the hospital, a 40 mile drive one way. They said she would never live, but she proved them wrong and did, and now is a nurse again. Even tho we divorced after 25 years of marriage, and both giving our daughter a kidney, we went thru so much together. So many struggles on the farm too. But l am so happy God saved her life, even tho he didn't save our marriage. But she loved growing her own garden on our farm, even tho l told her she could buy it cheaper in town, she said well you could buy your corn you grow cheaper too lol. But this song talks about a garden, and also about chasing cars, we were known to help people buy cars cuz we can negotiate the price down so well, so l felt it fit us cuz we were looking for cars for poorer people, chasing cars. Also if l lay here and forget what were told, cuz the doctors said she would never live, And her life was the garden bursting into life like this song says. Every time l hear this song l cry. So many days Mary just lay there in the hospital. Also would of been nice to have Obama care back then, where we had per existing conditions and couldn't buy ins. Thanks Obama for caring about the sick people in this country.
Well I'm going to frist tell you that I feel for the real life struggles that you face'ed,because the good lord knows it can be hard to have to set idle by with your hand's in reality's vice crunching an squizzing them so that #1.its holding you from"moving"or,(moving forward)And the hard'est place to be,Is when your trap'ed while your bestfrend is being(hurt),or,{dieing right in front of you}.And you can't move an inch to help.And all you wanna do is to help them,But you cant.Then your trying your hard'est to think of a way to just let that person know your there,please don't give up!...And get mad and more angry praying,to({God}),To help them and if you can't lord let me take the rest of there pain,And (punishment).But you STILL CANT.And its hard to have to set and watch someone hurt with sickness and terminal and die,Or like you said them being in a comma,And being told death was serten and you had to drive 40 mile every day to keep her into the loop and be right bye her side as much as possible...And man you need to be super proud of your self for real you can be a prould person and walk tall if you did that and waited fathfuly there with the one you love.And holly heaven up there has its camera's recording and sees all the good and loving and caring and things that make us good humans.helping each other and caring for are clans tribes and now the modern day family that is just trying to get bye with as less bumps and bruises as possible.And#2,two your story and life event hit home.and just trying to explain that it reminded me that realty hits hard and will shock u if your not kinda prepared and it real and it never paulze's and gives you any time to regroup.or even catch your breath.so yea I hate to have to come to grips with all that.and I REALY don't try to think about any of that kind of get you down kinda stuff and I hate bad stuff sad stuff and i mostdeffently can't stand for anything like that to happen to me or my family or even the next man.I do.but be proud happy thankful and generate love and a can do sperit.be safe to who ever you are.
