This is such a beautiful build! I feel the same way about plants as you and more often than not my builds are overflowing with plants so this is right up my alley. For a builder not used to contemporary penthouses it is so pretty to look at. Cant wait for part 2!!

I just love the detail you put into the exterior. 😍 And I agree - in the SIMS it doesn't have to be always realistic. Their is pretty much one thing that I really dislike: it happened that builders would put a grill or any other open fire place inside the house. And this is definitely something you can die of in real life - and I mean every year there are cases at least in my country. So obviously not everyone knows about that so I would wish all youtubers would care a bit more about the content they are uploading b.o. the possible consequences...
but then there's also a bit in between that floor and the floor underneath, where as the floor underneath this penthouse lot is literally RIGHT under the lot 😝
I’ve always wanted a smaller type penthouse on this lot. It’s so large and I’m not that good at large lots. Lol 😂 so thank you for the 2 bedroom penthouse! I will down load this one for sure. Great job on the exterior. Love it. I don’t play the game for it to be realistic. It’s an escape for me. I have always wondered if my sims would fall off the stairs without rails. Lol so far they have not. If it has a roof it’s a gazebo if it’s open it’s a pergola.

San Myshino is even laggy on xbox. You think it wouldn't be because xboxes are made for gaming but it was slowing down my CAS so much it wasn't funny. Love the build so far. Tbh if you split in two parts i prefer the interiors over the exteriors. Its looking good so far tho!

Nope! A gazebo is a small, open houseish structure and a pergola is an overhanging roofy-thing that goes over verandahs or patios.
