The posters are downloaded on the gallery, they are NOT CC. Don't come here and accuse me of lying, that's just straight up rude. I have found myself building several lofts myself, and I love your black and white loft in this build! The side porch is so cute, great job! Also, the painting trick is AMAZING. I'll definitely be looking into that in the gallery.

Love this loft and might use it for my not so berry gray generation girl! I would love to see a tiny house that's a mix between old and modern.. maybe the sim who lives there loves history and wanted to preserve most of the old building! And another idea for a bigger house: modern structure inside of a ruin.. I saw this on the Netflix show Amazing Interiors. Might be a fun challenge!

I'm a new subscriber, first time actually commenting on your channel, I just wanted to say that I really enjoy watching you build houses or renovate apartments, it gives me a lot of ideas, and it motivates me to get better at building in the Sims haha! And about this video in particular, well I'm already really fond of lofts so there's little to no surprise in me saying that I liked it, but I was especially amazed by something... It's actually not that big of a deal, but the exterior, although it's tiny, it is efficient and everything just seemed to fall into place, for example the grill next to the stairs.. it looked so perfect I had to pause the video, and now thanks to you I see now possibilities for my builds hahaha
Lovely build! About the paintings, could you tell under what name they are on the gallery? I play on console, but I know that some Guru takes suggestions on what builds they transfer on the console gallery. So maybe I could suggest the painting one. It’d be nice to have more paintings than the game has to offer right now.

Not positive how to describe tumblr design either but if I had to try to I’d go with something probably like “a mix of modern, antique, rustic and contemporary, all composed in a way where the decor compliments one another and is very aesthetically pleasing”

You can change the light, shadow and reflection in the settings under graphics. But to change the settings to high often causes extrem lagging
