I feel like a part of the problem was the starting of jjk as a whole. After the cursed womb arc where characters started to appear is where jjk had the perfect chance to show more characters. The kyoto event could have been the same but at the end if they implemented even 2 or 3 chapters, it would have been substantially better. Like in that chapter just show the kyoto students practicing with tokyo students. This would have made us understand them a little better or improve the students even a little bit. Yuki could have shown up too and may visit the higher ups. Then a meet up with Gojo where they talk about there perceptive of jujutsu would have gotten a bit more depth with Yuki and Gojo too. Maybe a 1 or 2 panels where we could get glimpses of Hakari and Kirara would at least get us to know that yes we have 2 more students left. Mai had to die so there's no point in that but Inumaki? I think he ranked no 2 or in the top 5 for the most liked jjk characters in Japan as a whole. Instead of seeing Akari and Nobara getting beaten up, we could have seen that little glimpse of Inumaki then just skip to Nanami bodying Haruta. Even the scene with Mei mei and ui ui we could have gotten more of practically the lesser known characters who got to know mei mei went to Malaysia. Post Shibuya arc where we got a 1 month time skip would have been absolutely perfect to show so many more scenes even for Yuji and Megumi. Kirara and Hakari appearing a bit more so we can understand them. More Yuki so we can accept the Yuki's death more. Then then the culling games would have been a lot better. If gege wanted to kill the student cast of now. The culling games would have been more understandable cause this is going to be the last arc and the last year jujustu kaisen manga is probably going to run. So, killing them here would be a bit better..
I went so overboard but obviously jjk even if it has a lot of problems is such a iconic piece for new gen manga that even for all its mistake is still is super fun to read as a whole!
I believe that yuki never reached her potential as a sorcerer either because one simple thing
The targeting of her technique
We know techniques have 2 main things
The conditions for the activation of the technique
And the target of the technique
Those two things is what makes or breaks a technique being strong or weak
There is interpretation and cursed energy consumption but those have work arounds and not as important
But anyway the reason someone like gojo’s infinity is strong that it’s activation doesn’t really require anything and it’s targeted on himself but it’s also semi automatic and blocks out anything that would harm him
So if we’re talking ability yuki her technique seemingly doesn’t require anything other than her to will it
But her target is just herself and her shikigami
Which is a waste in my opinion because she could’ve targeted her enemies and gave them mass but also gave them the same weight so they wouldn’t be able to move around freely
This would just be her cursed technique reversal. We know that she could use RCT, so she was able to use cursed technique reversal, yet never used it. I think he reversal would be imbuing someone with negative mass, therefore lessening the power of their strikes
if only she used garuda as the medium for the black hole and not herself 😔

nah gojo got a good backstory and a good conclusion his character got completely resolved theres nothing more to discover abt him. Jogo also got a good conclusion and his motivations were explained Mahito also got a good conclusion id say all these characters have reached their full potential

We saw with sukuna he was able to use rct to heal damage done to his soul when maki stabbed him with her split soul sword. It just takes longer then healing physical damage.
For Higaruma I think what stopped him from reaching his full potential was his mentality in the sense that he was too composed as we see that when characters become fully willing to lose everything and become “monsters” they reach a true awakening as seen by teenage Gojo and Megumi against the fingerbarer

That’s what I really hated about the show. There was so much potential in so many characters, and Gege just killed them off before that could happen. Imagine if a few of these characters reached their full potential. Megumi taming Mahoraga and releasing the full potential of the ten shadow technique. Nobara instead of getting her face blown up, powered up her straw doll techniques and resonance to be of some support. It’s not only them. It’s so many interesting characters that we never got fully fleshed out. I’m not saying that shibuya was bad. It was still really good, but my only issue is that Gege keeps killing off characters and most of the time, there’s so much more to learn and reveal about them.

crazy how they hyped up Inumaki as Tokyo's trump card against Kyoto students (by kyoto students I mean 85% Todo and 15% Mechamaru) and the only feats he ever got was crushing that one cursed spirit, doing minimal damage to the possible WEAKEST special grade, making Miwa fall asleep, and blasting away hanami (did barely anything btw).

This is completely disrespectful, megumi is one of the first students to have a domain expansion, not only that, he has arguably a being more stronger than Rica which is Maharaga. Also he has a huge amount of crystal energy which he can reinforce his body with, and he was able to dodge attacks from his own father, Toji Fushiguro, my second favorite character in all of anime. And he's no joke whatsoever.

When you say geto couldn't use domain expansion back in Jujutsu Kaizen zero, I don't think thats true. There had to have been domain expansion even BEFORE geto's time because sukuna was all the way back from the heian era and he has a fully fleshed out domain expansion that is the second strongest to date.

I don't think Kashimo didn't needed to explain his era was the weakest. I think it's self-explanatory that his era was weakest when he never used full power, or Sukuna turned turned Ryu Ishigori (another from His Era) into Salami easily.
That ruin the entire subtext of fight. Takaba is literally all Kenjaku wanted. Uncontrollable chaos that gave him entertainment.

I would also include Tsumiki as a character, paried up with Yororzu, absolutely nothingburgers of characters with nothing interesting about them and or lack of any screentime, their existence being just a plot devices for Megumi's despair and Asspulltoke Cursed Tool for Sukuna.
And Angel + Hana. At least Kashimo had a cool fight with Hakari and Higuruma had an amazing characterisation and backstory, this plot device charachter was used only for Gojo to be unsealed, while Hana, with her shitty backstory and a weird Yuji not wanting for Nobara be replaced moment, was made a retard who fell for Plotkuna's trick, essentially plot saving him for God knows ho many times already.
I think that Higuruma couldn’t reach his potential is because he was introduced way too late in the story, I think him outclassing sukuna or reaching his potential and killing sukuna will be anti-climactic for the viewers, I think the people shown early on are the people who deserve to defeat sukuna and cause the good ending.

'What if Megumi and Gojo switched techniques' This would mean Megumi would have Limitless (without the six eyes) and Gojo would have Ten Shadows ( with the six eyes).
'Cursed techniques that would have powerful domains' You already made a video like this but there are a lot of techniques that you should also cover like Auspicious Beast Summon (Ino's technique), Estinguishment (Angel's technique), Contractual Recreation (Reggie Star), etc.
