Very inviting especially at night with the fire! So special for Lynne to be able to sit out there with Justin.

We did. We now have a friendly rabbit that we feed as well. His name is Elvis.

Have you been able to order a new canopy

We have not ordered a new canopy yet. Still using the original one. The plan is to order a replacement that does not contain water and is only a sun shade. We are tired of water pooling up on the canopy after a rain.

Nice Video Lynn. I just bought the same pergola and I'm setting it up this weekend.
Hey, how would you rate the Colorglow solar lights? I was looking at buying them just last night. I'd really appreciate some feedback on the lights. Thanks!

The lights did well last summer. I attached them with Velcro. They are in our shed now. I’m interested to see how they perform for another year. The pergola is solid and has weathered two upstate NY winters.

Is the lumber between the posts anchored into the concrete? I don't have concrete, but I have the same pergola ready to install.

They are not anchored. The weight of pergola keeps it in place nicely. It just made it through its second winter with no problems.

@@thelynnelife1893 Great! We get alot of wind in Kingman, AZ. I'm thinking about using your method though and covering the wood with landscape fabric and gravel with the lumber just under it.

Make it wooden with the help of the Woodglut instructions.
