It can be said that her speaking rhythm is very goôd , natural demonstration pronunciation , vcbulary not diverse but its not crucial at all , infact , naturual is the important point in ielts speaking

Band 8.0 probably people who at this band can speak and understand for like 80-90 percent of the language which they are learning so that mean they are almostly like a native speaker and band 6.0 can help people understand and speaking for 60-70% of the language they are learning also
