For measaure 268 (and 276), my SATB copy has D natural, not D flat for both "-cade" and "there a". Notice the piano chord also uses D natural. Some of the measuring numbering seems to be slightly off with my copy, since my copy has these as measures as 269 and 269 and 277. This is probably because this instructional has two successive measures numbered as 157.
