Brilliant job Terry my only criticism would be the size of the outlet to get enough flow through the shower i have a 4inch pipe out the bottom of mine to get a good flow but cracking job on the build

Looks pretty Dame pro job there mate . Hopefully mountin tree 🌳 send you all the media you need Terry. I tried the siporax in a mini 3 tier bakki shower for QT tank and I had to lower the flow so much as it couldn't flow through it quick enough. Disconnected it in the end 🙈.

The bakki shower looks spot on. Just wondered with the plastic welder, do you have to tack with one nozzle, let it cool and then switch to the welding nozzle? Ta 👍

Hi Terry, I have just taken delivery of a welding gun as I want to have a practice at building my own bakki shower. Is there a reason why you used 9mm pp ? Could I get away with 6mm or would it not be strong enough? Also what size welding rods do you use? Thanks Si
Hi Si, I don't really know mate, as I've not built one out of 6mm PP, but I would think it would be a bit bendy once you have all the media in and stacked up. I use either 4mm or 5mm triangular welding rods. For the 9mm PP, I would go with the 5mm rods mate, you can get them on eBay, Terry.

Hi Glyn, I use to use Pinnacle Studio, but I use Adobe Prem Pro now, which can be expensive mate. The Pinnacle Studio is around the £80.00 mark I think. There are cheaper about mate. Hope this helps, Terry.

Well I never knew that you could reuse those fittings.
Yes, you can mate. You can also do the same with the black solvent weld waste fittings if you're careful. Terry.

What are the materials you use???
Hi Rio, I used 9mm polypropylene sheet. The eggcrate was 12mm and 2" pipework. Hope this helps.
