Negativity should be dealt with responsibility. We can more easily comprehend our negativity by creating art. Afterwards we may dismantle our creation and adapt the components for a new positive use.

This is excellent, many thanks! As a performing musician, for years now I have treated music as a spiritual discipline: developing self-awareness and self-control in service to a higher good.
