@Super73 you guys need to answer these questions. I am a customer as well and I have been seeing many people online saying you guys are a bit too slow to answer. In my option, I have experienced my new R series bike to come shipped with a broken bike stand, a broken Chain Tensioner and it took almost two weeks to get a reply and another few days to get the items delivered. I did get my items delivered and I did eventually get help, for that thank you. But answer these questions and hire more man power these bikes are expensive!
Thanks for the vid. The factory installed the anti-rotation washers on the inside of the frame, opposite of your instructions here. It was a bear to get off and install correctly.
dude! one of mine is on the outside, and the cog side is on the inside and i cant for the life of me get it off! who is their quality control person!? WTF!
@@jonathandowning1663 try taking a crescent wrench and with it on the flat sides of the axle shaft move the axle back and forth just slightly. This should loosen it up enough to get your wheel off
Anyone know what spokes the R-series has on the back wheel? One fell off/broke off on mine and I want to get it replaced. Local bike shops said get it from the manufacturer, but we all know S73 doesn't answer emails or phone calls... Happy to do it myself, just can't find this info anywhere online.
what's the smallest size tire you can fit? and you guys are sold out of 4.5 to 5.0 inner tubes ....can you fit the 20x4.0 tire with a 4.5 to 5.0 inner tube in? my plan was to order the 4.0 size tires for my bike and add in the 4.5 to 5.0 inner tubes in...is that possible to do?
After I followed the steps in the video, I discovered my brakes became a little loose, and the back of my frame was scratched from flipping the bike upside down even though I was careful.

This was particularly helpful for my ZG. Turns out replacing the rear wheel and tyre was much easier than expected!

@@jonathandowning1663 if the washers are smashed in place, just gently pry them to loosen ‘‘em with a small flathead screw driver.
How did you get it out mine is on the inside too
@Wylie Wildt I fixed mine already but it took a while

Thank you for the video it really helped me out
OEM replacement parts like batteries, fenders and tires are either unavailable or out of stock. The bike is great but support sucks
