come on 4:04 there is a position where if heads near seat on left you can look down and see pad to disc gap for caliper alignment adjustment required or not and pad wear so look before disassemble.
Hi, Just got my Super73 R Brooklyn, been using it for 2 days now and did realize the hydraulic front brake cable was touching/rubbing against the front tire. It ended up burning the cable and now there is a leak and the front brake doesn't function. Do you know if any E-Bike shop could help in replacing this or is there a link to buy this part? Need Help.
Hey Gustavo! Congrats on getting a cool new bike! Any decent bicycle workshop will be able to replace your hydraulic brake line. You don’t need to find one that specialises in eBikes, because the hydraulic brakes are used across a wide range of bicycles. Double check the line placement once it’s done to ensure no more rubbing. Hope that helps 🤟
Hi Tyrone, sounds like it's time to call a bike mechanic or take it to a bike shop. It could be brake fluid leakage. Let us know what the issue is, thanks!
@@benbucklerboards Thank you , I fixed it. you can not squeeze the brake while break caliber is off or it causes major pressure issues when reattaching. If the brake caliber is off the disc and stuck closed, you need to gently pry it open with a flat head screw driver slowly wile break is off disk. once break caliber is open, if it is open too far and breaks are weak, remove caliber and squeeze the popper brake a few times gently to resize space between disk and break. Find the sweet spot so it has smooth rotation while disc and brake spin and boom. if you over squeeze trying to get the break pressure and space correct, just re-pry and try again. remember stay gentle. Good luck
Cheers legends. This heaped me change my brakes and adjust my front brake
