One item to note: the reason your PB and LS tag numbers are off by two line numbers is because you moved the ladder in relation to the original insertion point by two line numbers. After moving ladder, "Select the Revise Ladder button and then click Cancel on the dialog box. Using this command forces AutoCAD Electrical toolset to reread and update its internal ladder location list."

You should use the trim wire command with unused wire. It gets rid of the wire and the connection nodes.
